I think McDermott is a good coach, but not a great coach. He is too conservative most of the time, has terrible clock management skills, and constantly gets outcoached in the biggest moments and games. Two of those things can be fixed, but for whatever reason, they keep showing up every season. He needs to just say screw it and change the way he thinks in managing games, but he won't. He also has to be willing to make changes in-game to counter what other teams are doing, especially when opponents keep doing the same things over and over again. Tonight was the perfect example where the Pats* constantly had 6 offensive lineman in and not once did he bring in an extra defensive lineman to counter up front. He played 2 or 3 LBs all the time and they got run over up front. His lack of adjustments is pathetic and it is only going to get worse next week against Tampa.

Well, we all said they peaked too early last season. Unfortunately, this year I am not sure if we will ever actually get half way up the hill before the end of the season......

This season alone has taken away any chances either he or Daboll get head coaching jobs next season. If they aren't fired from here, they will be back for sure.

In the end, the only player that played decently at all was Allen. Unfortunately, he had no help at all from his targets.

The only positive to come out of this game is that the Pats* made their QB, supposedly the next coming, look like an absolute baby.

This may be the most embarrassing loss in our history.

Glad we still have all of out TOs and didn't waste them unnecessarily. Oh wait..... This team deserved this loss and they were outcoached in every aspect of the game.

Another missed offside...... This is a comedy of errors. This team has been outcoached the entire game. The icing on the cake will be a play action pass by Jones, he'll throw it like 7 yards and the receiver will take it 60 yards for a TD and all we'll hear about is how he did his job and outplayed Allen.

Another waster TO...... Off a terrible play call and a 2 yard gain no less. How does that even happen?

I know it may have been unconventional, but after the way the first half played out and seeing that the Pats* are running the ball every play, I would have taken the wind in the 4th and just try and stop them and get the ball back early in the quarter. In a tight game that may come down to a long FG chance, I'd rather have a shot at it with the wind than no shot against it.

This game is over. They are running it down our throats every single play, we know what's coming, and still can't stop it. Absolutely embarrassing on every level.

Why in the blue hell are they challenging that? Not only did he get it, but even if he was somehow short, there would be no way to see it!!!!

Ugh......more points left on the field. Why are they not getting Allen rolling out and giving him a pass/run option based on what he sees. Not utilizing Allen's running ability in this game is criminal. They have no problem running on 2nd and long EVERY time for 2, but can't find a way to get our best running threat an opportunity to make a play.

Literally down 4 points to a team that has thrown the ball (badly) ONCE the entire half. Absolutely brutal on every level. If we don't come out throwing the ball and running an uptempo offense to get as much out of the wind as possible, I don't know what to tell ya. This was as poorly a coached half as we have had all season. The only reason we're in this game at all is because of a ball off the head

I'm convinced that Bill wants to run the ball every play and win the game so he can say he beat us throwing 1 pass all night.

OK.....seriously starting to wonder it the trust Jones at all to throw the ball whether they are with the wind or against it. The Bills need to keep pressing the issue. Let Josh start winging it because we have no run game to speak of. That last throw on the run to Knox shows that we have a huge advantage at QB tonight and we have to take advantage of it now.

Alright.......I've seen enough to know Allen can cut it through the wind. Enough with the conservative calls. AND CATCH THE FREAKING BALL!!!!

Pats* gonna run the ball 65 times tonight. They are going to run for 300 yards.

Inexcusable. We aren't even 10 minutes into the game and we have been completely out-coached. Just awful coaching on both sides of the ball.

This is insane.... We are wasting the only advantage in this game which is going with the wind. You want to run the ball do it when you don't have the wind!

This is obviously a game you have to score just about every time you have the ball with the wind and hopefully survive on defense when the opponents have it. We are 0-1 on our opportunities so far. We need points fast.

The kickers are one thing to have to deal with tonight in the wind, but you can mask that a bit by not kicking FGs, going for it more often than not, going for 2, etc. The punters on the other hand I already feel bad for as they have less room for error, at least going into the wind. With the wind they'll be kicking 80 yarders. Against it, they will be lucky, first to even get a punt off, but even kicking it forward when they do. This game has disaster written all over it and it stinks. Look, in my younger days this may have been a fun game to be a part of. So, maybe it's getting older, softer, or both, but I am perfectly fine in front of my 75" TV with the surround sound providing the atmosphere. Don't care what all the naysayers say, but it's time to put a roof on our next stadium. We may lose the most important regular season game we have had in decades because of a fluke weather event and that will be a tough pill to swallow.
