To all of Pauls friends my deepest condolences. I never met Paul in person but always enjoyed his posts. It is ironic how a person in such pain could still have the intelligent, wry sense of humor he did up until the end. When I saw the pinned thread my heart sank. Paul, Rest in Gods Peace.

Exactly. We captilized on most of oppurtunities against the Sens while they failed to capitlize on theirs. We earned the series victory. We worked hard, and never gave up and were able to overcome adversity when it came our way. In a way blowing a 2 game lead to the Flyers taught this team a valuable lesson. Is it a coincidence that the 2 teams that had easy first series victories (NY, Ottawa) lost the second round while Buffalo and Carolina who had to battle harder won.

I think there will be a pace meltdown and allow the closers/far stalkers a great shot. I really like SweetnorthernSaint but I think he will be too close to the fast pace. I will be going with A.P. Warrior and also have a little money on Cause to Believe who will be closing from the clouds late like Giacmo last year. I think the pace will be fast enough for a plodder like CTB to sneak up for a piece of the pie.

I'll weigh in and say Simon is closer to the truth although I have been on leave all week and have not been looking at weather charts. The low has been cut-off from the westerlies but will soon (if it has'nt already) be picked up by the jetstream late this week. Looks like it will bring a prolonged period of wet weather to WNY this weekend as it will be a slow mover.
