I'd have to disagree that she looked like she was there for the money. She just ran into a much better athlete. Her takedowns, which are her biggest strength, were just completely nullified. If she was just there for the money, she would have tapped to the arm bar that Ronda locked in in the first. As to her nickname. It is ridiculous. It was Meisha "Takedown" Tate til a little over a year ago. It is laughable though.

That's a fair scenario. But could the D realistically be that good when the team won't "kill themselves" for the coach. Does the defense care and put in 110% effort every game when the offense doesn't? I'm just finding it hard to believe the D would play all out if they're on the field all game every week.

I'd have to agree with almost everything. I love that you chose Benjamin over Evans for your drafted WR. I'm a huge Benjamin believer and not completely sold on Evans. Especially for where it seems like we'd have to draft him (high 1st). I also think if Hairston can come back healthy, he has played well when he's been in. The only one I'd disagree with is Pitta. The injury he had scares me. He is a good TE, but he spends a lot of time in the trenches where knees can get rolled. I actually like Chandler. Do I like his drops sometimes? No. But he also makes some incredibly tough catches. I'd also like to take a TE in the draft somewhere. Good post!

To the first point. Yeah. It's totally the coaches fault that he can't get there on time. That's of the same mindset that blames teachers for kids just being stupid. Or how about blaming parents when their kid who was raised well commits a crime. Dareus is reportedly the only guy with that problem. Blame the coaches for whatever else you'd like, blaming them for him being being late is ridiculous. To the second point. We finished the season as the 10th ranked defense in the league. Deride it all you want, it won't change the results.
