  1. This guy is a clown who is grading teams based on how closely they did what HE thought they should do. Look no further than his review of the Jets. While he kills the bills for giving up 2 2nd round picks to move up 5 spots, the Jets get an "A-" for giving up 3 2nd round picks to move up 3 spots (and he specifically cites this trade as being great and a reason for the high trade). The difference? They got Sam Darnold and his flock of seagulls haircut, whom HE had decided was the number 1 QB in the draft.
  2. One outta 3 ain't bad right? Jonathon Steward was top 10 in rushing as well.
  3. I think you guys are missing an obvious option for him...Tennessee Titans with his boy, Mariota. Hell he's probably so interested in making the move to coach Mariota that it wouldnt surprise me if he is spreading these rumors that he has lost the team himself. It looks a lot better for him if he gets fired and then goes to Tennessee than if he pulls a Marrone to get there.
  4. You guys are crazy. KC loses this week to SD, and I would not be at all surprised if they lose both games to Oakland. I mean, they win once against a team who has a historically bad QB performance and people are ready to put them into the superbowl. The 2 wildcard teams will be some combination of Bills, Steelers, Raiders and Jests.
  5. Belicheat is great, no argument from me. They are the best team in the NFL this year. But, no team is invincible. Their offensive line is really banged up. Their RBs too (not that that is as important). Brady, while awesome, is 38, and anyone who is 38, even Brady, is going to start slowing down after so many games in a row (remember their bye was week 4, so Bills game will be his 7th straight game out there). Belicheat is the best at game planning for everyone, so for sure he will have a great plan. But I think the Bills will want it more. And I think eventually a team winning all the time gets a bit complacent (I know, they went undefeated just 8 years ago, but that is only time in 40 years).
  6. You guys may think I'm crazy, but I really do think the Bills beat the Pats next week. Ryan has shown the ability throughout his career to brilliantly game plan against Brady after seeing him once. I think the Bills are going to be as amped for this game as they will be for any all year, not just because its the hated pats but because of the loss in week 2. Remember how good we looked in that second half of the first game too, and we all know its not like Brady or Belicheat took their feet off the gas. The flip side to this is I think they lose the next week to a mediocre Chiefs team as a sort of "let down" game after being so amped for the Pats. I think we get Dallas at home (Romo in December outdoors at the Ralph does not scare me). But I wouldn't be surprised to see a loss to the Deadskins the week before (last road game of this huge 5 of 6 road swing, out of conference opponent, and Skins not as bad as some think). I think we get the Texans and Eagles (no team in the NFL more overrated than the Eagles; look for Miami to beat them tomorrow) for sure. That puts the Bills at 9-6 heading into the final game of the year against the Jests at home. Winner may very well be going to the playoffs. I don't know what will happen in that game. I want to believe we win.
  7. You all notice the jump in Elo rating 538 gave to Bills based on the win? Also their odds of making the playoffs are now 50%, after starting the season at like 42% or something like that. Very significant jump.
  8. Bears make the playoffs Eagles finish with a losing record Jonathon Stewart leads the NFL in rushing You said bold, I give you BOLD!
  9. Mike Garafolo ‏@MikeGarafolo 1m1 minute ago Bills have released LB IK Enemkpali, who ... well, you know.
  10. Lol, you, like most of the media, are desperate to make up some sort of excuse for why EJ started in the 3rd preseason game other than he is going to be the game 1 starter. Its hilarious what I have read by paid media members this week. As Ockham would say, let's pick the solution that doesn't involve applying layer after layer of assumption to arrive at it, shall we?
  11. More smoke. It's gonna be EJ guys, get used to it. It's just so funny to me. If you look at it objectively in terms of who started when, and forget everything you read, what makes sense? The guy who starts the 3rd preseason game is your week 1 starter. That statement is true probably 99% of the time (barring injury to said preseason game 3 starter). EJ will be starting against the Colts.
  12. He also said not capital B big. Locking up the best player we have drafted in the past 15 years because he loves Buffalo and the direction of the team would be capital B big news (IMO). Welp, just the opposite it turns out: http://pro32.ap.org/article/ap-sources-bills-contract-talks-dareus-standstill
  13. There has to be a way we can find this on Periscope...
  14. Right, that's what makes it comical. You can't sign away your rights to the criminal justice system should a crime happen to you. It is similar to how, when you go to a ski resort, you sign something that removes the ski area from liability should you be injured. While you can sign away your right to sue for your injury that occurs in the normal course of skiing (you fall on a slope and bump your head), you can not sign away your right to sue the ski area should their negligence have caused the injury (like, if you hit a snow gun that wasn't put away correctly). So the confidentiality agreement, to any rational person, is these girls signing away their rights to tell other people what consensual activities they may partake in or see there (e.g., sex acts). So it is still bad that McCoy is asking women to sign this (and he knows it, alluding to how this "...wasn't a weird orgy..."), but to say that its because he or his posse are going to assault women is absurd.
  15. Great post. Sullivan took facts and twisted them, which is not his, nor any other reporters, job. My favorite is he suggests the confidentiality agreement was to stop the women from reporting it if one got punched in the face. Did anyone else in the world think that? I bet he didn't even think that, he just wanted to use as much hyperbole as he could to drum up attention for his half-baked, judgmental article.
