That how I look at them. Physically and IQ they are almost like clones. I would say that Josh is probality stronger though And though I said Herbert was slightly more athletic based on data my personal preference between the 2 players is Allen of course due to the mental and competive make up between the two

By every physical metric Justin Herbert is just a shade better than Josh. Justin Herbert Wonderlic was a couple points better than Josh as well I personally think the thing that Josh can hang his hat on over Herbert is his competive nature and his willingness to get better. I not saying Herbert doesn't have it, I just haven't seen it yet from him. Herbert was blessed to be more polished coming out and going to a stacked offensive team. Reading in between the lines you can replace Herbert name with Allen and Mahomes is probably going to say the same thing about believing it when he sees it which is crazy.

Yeah I understand that but given Josh Allen issues coming out of school and the chances he took with similar QB I can see why Elway felt couldn't take that chance but a Bean/McDermott didn't. If I was Elway I would have still taken Allen because I feel it was obvious that Allen had a it factor where those other QB didnt. Its a youtube channel I follow called the QB School hosted by JT O'Sullivan. After watching some of his videos I see why playing QB at a high level is the hardest position in all of sports.

What you are not taking into consideration is the fact that Ertz would give us more options on a game to game basis. It would allow us to run the ball a little better when needed. Every game doesn't have to be a 10 target game. When teams want to get physical he is a guy that can still get to his spot and provide a security blanket for Josh. Not to mention the things that Knox can pickup from a guy like Ertz.

Hey Levon... You made the wrong choice

Yeah that would be a great spot as well -
https://billswire.usatoday.com/2021/06/16/lesean-mccoy-buffalo-bills-shoutout-josh-allen/ shadymccoy Verified My Buffalo days it was COLD but it was GREAT 💯💯💯 .. a lot of teammates but made a lot of good friends … @tytaylor @68incognito @taiwanjones @jerzeystar @shaqlawson @jfelton42 @iam_jerryhughesjr @ewood70 @lorenzo_john my young boy who I warned y’all about @joshallenqb @mmurphy.23 @rayraymccloudiii @charlesclay42 @sammywatkins @jwillpart2 @robertw10ds @ejmanuel3 @bumpnrungilmore (the rest got weird ig names and I can’t find y’all 😂😂) #memorylane #TEAMMATES #buffaloDAYS I definitely enjoyed watching McCoy while he was here. The one game I remember vividly was the Browns game in 2016 when I ran right through the Browns. He got hurt and I thought he was out for the game. He came back the next series and continued to ball

Le'Veon Bell is most likely going to sign with the Dolphins. You heard it here first -
Is there another hurdle JA needs to hop over?
Protocal69 replied to Ramza86's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He has made strides in that area but he still looks a little uncomfortable with that style if game plan to me. In the New England he was barely over 60٪ passing with a int. The 2nd Miami he had 25 passing attempts for the half so I definitely wouldn't count that game. Chargers game I will give you but again some work to do. I just want the team to be able to run the ball when needed but that will come down to team effort and not just on Josh -
DPOY - Tremaine Edmunds (?!?)
Protocal69 replied to TailgateChef's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
While Tremaine Edmunds has all the physical ability to be great he has no instinct for the position. Now if you told me he was switching to OLB then we would have a better chance. Regarding Ed Oliver I feel like he has also been playing out of position. With Star coming back and having another off-season I'm more optimistic regarding Ed Oliver turning the corner than Edmunds right now but they BOTH have something to prove in 2021 -

Yes there is another hurdle for Josh Allen to make. That huddle is performing well regardless of the game plan. Well all know Josh Allen perform well when he has to drop back 35-45 in a game. What I would like to see more from Josh is for him to perform well when the game plan is to RUN 30 times a game and just complete key third downs. The one thing about Brady that made him more dangerous than Peyton Manning was that Brady could execute whether he had to throw it 20 or 50 times in a game. Thats what made playing to Pat's so tough was because they could run it down your throat or air you out. Peyton was wired that he had to throw the ball 50 times a game even when he had great running backs I feel like Josh can do it. I just hope the running game improves to the point where if teams decide to go light in the box when can run it down teams throats when needed. -

Ed Oliver has a better chance at DPOY then Tremaine Edmunds -
When Josh said "just get open and catch the ball and I don't care how you do it" sounds like something Brady would have told his receivers in private back in the day but in a good way and not being a dick. I can imagine that would be music to a receiver like Stevie Johnson ears. Josh is going to have receivers lining up to play with him in the next couple of years if he keeps his play up

I think both QBs are great and I'm definitely not wishing injury on anyone but I watched a lot of chiefs games and I'm telling you that Mahomes leans ALOT on Travis Kelce. I mean to the point if Kelce were to miss playing time Mahomes play would suffer BIGTIME. I feel Kelce is more important to the chiefs offense than Tyreek Hill. Kelce either lead or tied as the team leader in targets in 11 out 15 regular season games in 2020. Hill and Kelce are the PERFECT complement for Mahomes to play off of. I feel like it would be easier to replace Hill than Kelce.

I always though that Tyrod was a great guy and will always be grateful that he led us to our 1st playoff appearance in 16 years but it was painfully obvious in that Jags playoff game that he hit his ceiling as the QB for the Buffalo Bills and that left me frustrated and sad. With that being said it i so happy we got Allen and wish nothing but the best for Tyrod (except in the week we play the Texans of course)
