  1. You mean having a defense with all pro players at every level and a competent offense is not where you think we are? That 99 defense was great and our offense was good with Flutie
  2. As stated above the prevent Defense was a huge part of it but also the Oilers had no " slower" offense, they went pedal to the metal or nothing. Once they changed the game plan offensively they had issues and by the time they changed back we had 4 TDs. That version of the Bills had other insanely quick scoring periods just none as important. I know we once scored 3 TDs vs Denver around that time in 77 seconds without much offense being involved. This is the moment my Pat's* fan father in law uses to prove that officials make mistakes and the Bills benefit as much as Pat's* do. The fact his team would still get the TD today with the replay means nothing to him.
  3. If anyone pays him big money this will be the answer- but I doubt he gets it I wonder if he remains motivated- I doubt it but I have very little reason for that.
  4. I am not familiar with dugger so this makes more sense.
  5. I am a BPA person for this team but maybe not at safety since if all goes well he will never see the field. You can work in lineman, LBs, and CB but safety seems set.
  6. I misjudged the contract he got vs the one Hughes got- I predicted Hughes would be lazy and Dareus would be special- I was slightly off
  7. I doubt he is worth much even to McD but I think on cheap deal he would be a good 4th CB in a zone scheme.
  8. He did very well in his rotation and I wish him luck, hopefully he comes back to Buffalo on a reasonable contract. He reminds me of Zack Brown in how he acts that his good numbers will translate into pay when most see him as a cog of a machine, effective but can be replaced
  9. When I traveled I made sure I went to bills bar whenever possible or as a second choice Hooters- they always put on the game for me and most people there were more interested in the women than the game, not that I ignored the women but game came first
  10. I actually surprised at how DTV has started acting about the Sunday ticket, they make it so that it is cheaper to just go to a bar and have a couple drinks.
  11. Has there been anything official about the 17th game being at a neutral field? I have assumed it but I think the NFL might mess that up.
  12. Lamb reminds me of Watkins therefore I would not trade up for him. But even more so I would not because you can not run an offense through a single reciever so I would never trade up for one.
  13. Not sure it was autocorrect or I just missed it but I meant steal- but i always enjoy ribeye steak the most
  14. If I could get Khalil Mack for that pick or even that pick and an additional 3rd I would do it in a minute. We could have him for two years and 30 million which would be a steak for guy of his caliber but the Bears would have to admit that they royally screwed the pooch to do that and GMs rarely last who admit that.
  15. Since contract would only be guaranteed one year I believe at less than 15 million I certainly would do it for a second.
  16. There are few positions that you bring in a diva player for punter is not it. Bojo was average or better for the second half of the year.
  17. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/02/17/doj-alumni-staff-attorneys-resist/ They have a valid point- how could Barr have allowed a trial to proceed under his leadership where the jury had a democrat employee and a family member of one of the people working the case on the jury? They literally have a vested interest in the outcome.
  18. That is exactly what I just realized I have wanted for a long time.?
  19. The QB play was poor but the surprising part to me was that the officials made two big calls on the last drive for Tampa on what seemed to be plays that did not need to be called. it seemed up to that point they only called things that HAD to be called, those two in crunch time seemed small.
  20. I think this is best place for this question- what are three legislative accomplishments of the Democrats since taking over the house? I am not saying this sarcastically but I can not think of one.
  21. Whenever I get into an argument about who has final say federal or state I use only one line- " we had a war to decide this and Lincoln won"
  22. A competent club would not trade him for a low round pick- but since it is the Browns put in an offer of a 7th round pick and see what happens?
  23. I would say the second for sure- and then only if his physical looks good.
  24. How we are not top 8 is odd to me- there is no way that 13 teams had impact rookies at multiple positions. I assume that some of them are based on drafting QBs more than great players but at this point I just want more wins on the field.
  25. I want to argue but then I thought-have we made the playoffs with every competent QB we have ever had? Wow that is depressing.
