What is amazing to me is that about 18 months ago this team was 2-7 and looked like hot garbage on offense. Josh Allen then stops losing us games and actually helping us win and I now expect big things. The core around JA is strong and he will be determining factor of how far we go this year

The dude was so bad in Arizona they moved on within one year and was outplayed by Fitz in Miami. He might be a backup somewhere but his chances of being good are very slim now.

I am gonna stick with the W-L record. Jameis threw for 5100 and 33 TDs last year and is a low level QB. If he comes back from injury and is great at his age he will be the exception not the rule.

The team has lost 6 of his last 8 starts and his team has a very good D. I also fully expect JA will be better than BR this year based most on Ben being worse than JA major improvement.

Broncos paid more for him than I would have like to have paid so I am glad he is not here.

I think Big Ben has taken a step back and I think the rest of the offense is average otherwise- the Defense is obviously impressive but I think we have a better roster then them.

Famous Jameis would sow discord from day one. If Josh got hurt JW would work his butt off for 2 games and be great and then fall into his usual pattern of insane stats for highly entertaining 38-35 loss

The only disagreement you and I have is the "much" part. I think Hyde is a 6.5 and Gordon is a 7. Better but not worth 3 million more. I would not be upset if we sign Gordon as long as it is 2 years at most. I just prefer Hyde for 2 years

Seeing the cost of Rb I would prefer Carlos Hyde for less than 3mil a year for two years than 6 mil for Gordon. Both will be backups and Hyde is a good complement to Singletary.

I would love to get Carlos Hyde for about 2.5 mil a year for 2 or 3 years. I see he is predicted to get 2.8 but to get him as our backup to Singletary with his style for that price I think would be a great investment.

When were those two good? Was it in a zone D or man to man- not many dudes can do both and switching from one to the other is the demise of many DBs.

I would want him as the second back with Singletary, he can catch out of backfield and can Handle the load of needed. But obviously he is not a long term solution so two year deal.

Good point- if this is really a two year deal in Buffalo then the total is almost meaningless.

One thing on the money- is that NY takes another 2 + million of that 27.5 where Florida takes 0 of the 30 therefore the difference is really almost $5 million at end of three years. That is real money even to rich dudes

This is much worse since the Cowboys lied about their intentions with the players traded. Minnesota thought the Cowboys were taking players they did not need or use, Cowboys just cut them and turned them into draft picks. I can understand the trade if he got back a 1st and a second without taking on Johnson but this trade makes no sense since Hopkins is currently under the team friendly part of contract for 3 more years. This is a move you make during a year down.
