Standing in the road protesting IS a crime, at least in Florida, you have a right to assemble in public places but not on the middle of the road. So since we have now established that they are acting criminally do you still defend their right to act criminally? If an ambulance cant get to people because of them then it is very harmful, if I miss my flight then it is true harm, and if my dairy products go bad due to the heat then it is slightly harmful, but all are harmful and likely.
