Also, on a running play once the ball crosses the goal line, it's a TD, it should be the same on a reception. Clay's endzone 'incompletion' should have been a TD, he had possession in the endzone.

There will be major personnel changes this off season with a great opportunity to make a impact with favorable draft positions. Nice foundation, but a critical offseason.

I doubt that it's either reason. Most teams have injuries, it's the nature of the game. I was a big fan of Nickel Robey, but not sure that he's an expert in the field. I think the expectation for Sammy was that he was healthy during camp and was expected to be 100% when the season started. That's held true. Gaines, Poyer, Glenn, Benjamin, Clay... all missed time, none of which were hammy or groin issues. I think one of Gaines injuries was his hamstring, but he has so many injuries it's hard to keep track.

Curious as to how many picked the Rams and Saints to have the years they had. How many picked the Raiders to go far.... , they guess just like anyone else and they are often wrong.

I think the most significant strength he has brought to this team was eliminating key mistakes. We usually win the turnover battle, we don't take a lot of penalties and we seem to keep our heads on straight during the game. That probably accounts for a couple of wins on those close ones we had a habit of losing before.

I asked which players are playing about their talent level, the front 7? tolbert? Zay? Ducasse, Mills? What makes prognosticators more knowledgeable than any of us? I said we should be in the playoffs just because we don't have Rex anymore.

Not sure I can agree with this. Who is playing above their talent level. I think we all agree the front 7 is weak, as is the right side of the O-Line. Zay Jones, not above his talent level. I think he's done well enough to be confident going into next season, but we are playing at our talent level. We are an 8-7 team right now.

Starting Peterman was a huge mistake. You only get one of those.

This is a fairly solid rookie season, with their share of mistakes, but not a bad foundation to start from. The draft and offseason roster moves will be huge . Judge them after next season.

it's not a matter of being 'the bigger team'. It was a stupid thought to try to exact revenge by hurting Gronk. This isn't something that needs to be part of sports. We would have looked like fools if we tried something.
