I have read that they want to slowly incorporate AJ in the line up, why not throw a flyer on Griffen? He said he would be an open book about his past and last year, could be a very nice 1 or 2 year deal on a player that is only 32. He could still have a lot of good football ahead of him, good at getting after the QB and stout against the run.

Brandon Beane - Please Draft Offensive Playmakers
falgobofu replied to ColoradoBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't disagree with the idea of focusing on the Offense, not only for this year but for the future. It seems like McBeane likes big athletes an I would love to see them get Claypoole in the second then Dillon in the 3rd. This would give us a first round talent in the second, I believe in most drafts Claypoole could be a WR GM's would be considering in the first most years. This draft is loaded with WR and the talents he has are something you are born with, this is the year to take a high potential WR and let him learn. He is a stud on special teams and fits the mold of big athlete. Double down on size and get Dillon in the 3rd would be the perfect start to the draft IMO. -

I was conflicted with this, we must have been close so a good deal would have made me happy but SO MUCH TALENT IN THE DRAFT THID YEAR -
Josh Allen - Invincible video - 1st 2 years

Why the heck can we not do better against arguably the worst secondary in the NFL?!??? Josh Allen throws 46 times against them and barely breaks 250 yards passing. We only get one TD on a trick play on our first drive, disappointing to say the least. Many of those CB's cant crack a starting lineup in any other team. There has to be some blame on playcalling, motor is having a great day but with the lead we pretty much abandon the Run, definitely dont understand this. I hope Allen progresses but honestly till he starts throwing with anticipation then he is barely an upgrade over Tyrod. I want to be a fan but until he is not one of the worst pct of a starting qb and raises is QB Rating we will continue to have this discussion. I hope he makes a considerable jump next year at being a QB or i may be beating the table for a new QB. Love the kid but needs to improve.

If Allen is real deal, bills make playoffs
falgobofu replied to QBorBust2018's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope Allen progresses, we have upgraded the line and more importantly we have a solid center. I believe that is such a huge variable, now people saying Allen finished strong are right to an extent. The last game he looked like a rockstar but it was against a Miami team that had all but given up and were not playing all first string, he should have tore that team up. We need Allens QBR to raise, 2 of the last three games he didnt even break 20 so saying he finished strong is a false statement. -
interesting about Matt Paradis

Morse is younger, better fit for our blocking scheme and will allow Allen stability as he grows. Morse was my biggest want in FA and couldnt be happier with how they are handling the future of the Bills. I am always rabid bills fan and living in Pittsburgh i get a lot of flack, but this year we are raising brows in Yinser Country. Go Buffalo, im a believer in Mcdermott and Bean. -
I believe star is good, agreed not great, but he isnt suppose to be a penetrating DT. I make note that the rotation of Hughes, Ansah, Lawson, Murphy at end and starr, phillips, phillips, Yarbourgh kicked in plus Oliver? would be formidable. Maybe not the best front 4 but could argue best depth.

Kind of crazy that if we sign ziggy, the Bills and the Browns might have the best d-lines in the nfl!!

will that be on wgr? i have been trying to watch it but i guess the delay is the reason for not being able to find it. Come ON BUFFALO!!

I hope they trade ahead of us for their QB

falgobofu replied to mead107's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I got tickets for my sisters birthday, long time Bills fan, would like to experience the hammer lot. We may be driving or ubering in but would love to get her to experience the true atmosphere of a Bills game. If we drive how do we get a spot, if we uber are we able to enjoy the lot? Thank yo in advance -
Rd 1, Pick #16: QB EJ Manuel - Florida St.
falgobofu replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
EJ3???? I dont know about anybody elses opinion but i think this nickname is absolute garbage! I was under the impression that we were trying for a culture change not a culture copy. I sure hope that fans can come up with something original, not saying i have a good one yet, but sounds a lot like a qb from the washington redskins. I dont believe there are any comparisons to the two nor should there be. Hopelessly optimstic Bills fan -
Dont like the peerless price comparison, jury is still out on the rookie (TJ) and i hope he can become a good reciever. Price was a good player for the bills for a long time so lets use him as a comparison. -Both had similar measurable Price 5'11 194 lbs, Graham 5'11 188 lbs -Both had similar first year stats Price 71 targets 31 rcpts for 393 yrds, Graham 58 targets 31 rcpts for 322 yrds -Why im optimistic about Graham? Price ran the 40 in 4.55, Graham 4.35 and we have to keep in mind who was thowing each the ball. -Price had Flutie who i think was a better qb then Fitz Do agree he was a reach but still hoping he turns out, opptimistic as always, a true Bills Fan

Waiting for Round 2 worth the risk?
falgobofu replied to 4merper4mer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im surprised that there is not talk about going after Palmer, not reach for a qb or a wr in round 1. We can get an impact player OL, DE/OLB that has great percentages of working out. WR are one of the biggest bust positions in the first round especially that high if a pick (less then 40% turn out). Patterson is not Julio Jones nor shoud he warrent that high of a pick, we should wait till the second round and have whatever qb learn behind Carson palmer for a year and draft another qb every year until we get our guy.
