  1. I'm all for a new WR#2. Agreed on woods and hogan. I just don't see this as a glaring issue or a reason we extended the streak
  2. I know the continuity arguements have been exhausted, but to me, continuity is good for one additional win. Filling holes and matching personal good for another. I don't think Rex is an amazing head coach, but dropping a guy without a chance to fully implement their system seems premature. There's no guarentee that they guys they'll bring in are going to be vastly different than players the prespective next coach will want (see Todd Bowles)
  3. We need little offensive help. Roman and Kelly couldn't be more different IMO
  4. In what way do you see this team/ roster getting worse?
  5. Which games would this have resulted in a win instead of a loss? Not arguing what he brings, but just stating idt it would have had a tremendous impact on outcome
  6. I'm okay with this. Rex knows he was a let down and has an offseason to correct it. Let's see it happen. Continuity will improve this team by AT LEAST 1 win.
  7. Idt this offense would be different enough with another receiver to change how many games we've won. Sure, we might have scored a few more touchdowns and he is a tremendous player. However, Defense was the problem and the main fall of the bills this season
  8. Unless you're talking about Denver's Brandon Marshall, I don't thinking having the Jet's Brandon Marshall could have changed the outcome of the season.
  9. Yes you're correct. Referring to Glenn and his nomination for some award
  10. Brown was undoubtedly better as the WLB last year and you propose an interesting idea. But in this scenario idt Bradham is the guy you want at Sam. They really could use two ILBs
  11. Can this team really afford waiting around for a guy to finally develop. I didn't see much, if any, improvement from Henderson. In fact, I thought Mills played as his equal. Which would make the scenario of a first round QB even less likely
  12. Hard to argue with this logic, the only teams that have glaring needs who draft before the bills are St. Louis and San Fransisco. It's reasonable to think their are 3 first round QBs (Goff, Lynch,Cook), so depending on how they are viewed by the staff, I could see it happening, though I don't believe it is likely
  13. I agree that WR is a glaring need, but only behind RT and ILB. If they are able to secure both of these needs in rounds one and two, then I would agree.
  14. I can understand some of the OP's frustration. But i don't think that your anger is focused in the right direction. To be more specific, I think you have some substance when you talk about Tyrod running. He is quick to abandon the pocket and I've never felt as he was ever comfortable back there, for obvious reasons. However this is something that can be worked on. The passing game is also frustrating but you have to wonder how much of it is Tyrod and where the blame on Roman begins. Take for example the 4th down bomb to hogan last week. The play call was reading the quick out, which was well covered, and then he threw it to the next read down the field, which happened to be a dime but dropped. Tyrod is not perfect but he is obviously better than we've had in previous years and likely the guy for at least next year too
  15. The lack of secondary depth is extremely concerning. If I were Gailey, I'd throw the ball 50 times
  16. Hate to say it: Jets 31 Bills 17
  17. Anyone here pounding the table for chip still?
  18. Chip gone. Gus Bradley safe. Pagano? Fox? Pettine? We shall see
  19. And shoulder injuries. Thanks for posting. I also find it extremely frustrating at the overall level of tackling in the NFL. It's difficult in today's league. Not too high, not too low. Can't be too hard or too late. However, none are valid excuses for tackling with the crown of your helmet, or simply lunging your body with your head down. I do see a time and a place for those types of tackles, but it can't be relied upon.
