The one thing I still want to see is him play well in bad weather: wind, rain, snow, BUFFALO! He's got like a 108 QB rating after 2 games, 1 sack and 1 pick, not too bad.

That bootleg or whatever almost cost the field goal with poor field position for the field goal. D.J. said after the game, as some posters stated that the play was a bootleg for T.E. to be a designed run, or take a sack. I have a hard time believing that.

Right. That's what I'm getting at. Designed rollout, bootleg, whatever. Took virtually no time off the clock, and almost took them OUT of field goal range. Another poster stated D.J. said after the game that was the strategy: If you want to spend clock, run a sweep or something outside. Anything but take a sack for a loss. Just my opinion.

Yeah, I was wondering about that call also. Maybe the real question should be why is T.E. throwing on 3rd down that close with the lead? Does the clock stop on a change of possession inside 2:00 minutes?

I would tend to agree. Want so see more from the running game, as the weather and conditions do get worse, they will need to open more holes.

I have noticed Trent does seem to have an odd throwing motion. Also, seems to bounce/hop around just before releasing sometimes. Not a QB coach. Just seeing this pattern when passing. Anyone else seeing similar?

I'll bite: Regarding the QB rating and efficiency, of course. Regarding not being nervous with T.E. back there, more so him.

Tell you what, I like that 95.8 QB rating. Very efficient. And only one sack. No fumbles. It's funny, but I just don't feel as nervous with T.E. going back to pass.
