    Why don’t they just bring back NFL Europe? That was nice as a developmental league (a few guys transitioned to the NFL; I am recalling Orande Gadson and maybe even the great Brian Moorman). And I think the fans in Europe enjoyed it.

    In a game with two backup QBs, don’t you defer in OT and let the other team have the ball first? Everybody knew a FG was going to win the game.

    Zac Taylor’s scheme is so simple and yet effective. They seem to get 5-8 yards on every dump down and screen. Very simple stuff.

    Still irks me that we lost to this Jax team…. And honestly this bengals team. The D was fine— the O was still in its horrible rut.

    Agree. This is such a unique situation. He has been an absolute team player and they have thrown him under the bus and stunted his development at every turn. I can’t believe they would really think they could go back to him too. Saleh must be in a total tailspin now.

    they don’t forget that rule against the Bills. Anything remotely close and they are running the clock on us!

    That last drive had like 6 missed or wrong calls by the refs. Jeesh. The one that bothered me was when they stopped the clock when the receiver clearly was going backwards out of bounds.

    what kills me more than that is that Denver loss. They put up no real opposition. We just were literally dropping the ball all over the field.

    agreed. that’s why mcdaniel’s version of it is so much better. It is also run dependent, but he can use the pass to set up the run. If San Fran can’t run, their offense can’t function.

    Weird that Russell Wilson can’t throw another improbable TD pass. Oh yeah, that only happens against us.

    Same old type of loss to Virginia. They body and hand check us to death, and get one random guy that shoots 90% for three. Just ridiculous.

    Great players close out games. That’s what we are missing on defense. Every week, I see guys like Parsons or TJ Watt make huge plays to close games. We just don’t have the playmakers with Milano and White out and Miller on a bad knee.

    nice! Same here! I love musicals, but nothing can top Les Mis for me. The absolute best. I try to see it any time it is traveling through my city. And “bring him home” is one of my faves.

    oh yeah. No doubt. BTW, I continue to love Copeland. I can see him as an excellent 4-year player. Just hope he sticks it out.
