KRC may have an article shown on the NFL Network today!
KRC replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They whore'd out the site pretty good on the show, but no mention of TBD or any of the other bloggers. I am guessing that they will wait for a future show to go into details on content. Regardless, I am going to write a few more articles for them. I was thinking of the following topics: -Analysis of the Bills players on the list that stand the best chance: Tasker, Reed and possibly Hull. Others that are on the outside looking in are Bennett and Talley. -Analysis of the Seniors Candidates: Floyd Little and Dick LeBeau. -Should Contributors be Voted on Seperately, like the Seniors Candidates? -

Since Rick Gosselin is one of the guests and he is on the Senior Selection Committee, it might be more like KRC bashing. Regardless, this should give more exposure to TBD. Link to PFHOF Announcement of the show. -

Sounds like a great time. Those old guys are a lot of fun to talk to. Have a great time!!!

No problem. You can always keep an eye on the first page of the PFRA website. I always advertise books written by PFRA members there. I am also have a section where you can see book signings and other events being held by PFRA members. Thanks for the compliments!!

The PFRA has a committee dedicated to stadiums. They are trying to put together a book on all stadiums that hosted a pro football game, including pictures and stats. No expected publication date at this time. Sounds like that book would be a good fit for you.

Pretty much. There were several of them. You would also see some of the regulars become barnstorming teams after the season. One of the famous ones was the Bears after the 1925 season. They get Grange and decided to take him on the road immediately. He, of course, left them and formed his own league: the first AFL. You also had the Hawaii team of the USFL (the 1940s flavor) that was to be based out of Cincinnati. The league never played a game, however.

You're welcome!! An LA team playing out of Chicago against a Buffalo team made up of Texans. You can't beat that. Buffalo Bisons. There was a Maul on the 1917 All-Tonawanda Lumberjacks, but I do not think it was Tuffy. Tuffy was pretty much a west coast guy, IIRC. He only had one year of pro ball from what I know, and that was with LA.

I thought I would dig deeper into the archives and discuss the first game against the Buccaneers. However, instead of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, we will talk about the Los Angeles Buccaneers and instead of the Bills, it is the Buffalo Rangers of the early NFL. October 24, 1926: Los Angeles Buccaneers vs. Buffalo Rangers

Since I have approximately three to four times the amount of posts as you, does that make my opinion of your lack of knowledge more valid that your immature little rants?
-
Worst in Bills history? Let me guess. You have very little experience as a Bills fan or have very little knowledge of Bills history.

Damn, you're old. HFBD!!

The moment A Super Bowl ends in Overtime
KRC replied to billsfan89's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Both teams had 60 minutes to win the game. To say that Tenn should be pissed is stupid. How many field goals did they miss during regulation? How many opportunities did they have to score and failed? This is going to sound crazy, but if you don't want the result to be "determined by a coin toss," win the friggin' game in regulation. Simple concept. -

Respect is earned. The Bills have done nothing to earn it yet. -

You would think that if you were going to get yourself banned, that you would at least put a little more effort into it. This was a pretty weak attempt by Steve-o. I am disappointed.
