Houston hires Bills VP of Player Personnel Brian Gaine as GM
JoeF replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They might be a trade partner to gain back some picks if Gaine sees someone in the late second he wants. -
Ian Rappaport said this AM said Colts are letting coaches leave. RB coach just took another job. Don't know if that applies to Coordinators.
-
You are going to take the job them?

Mentor younger posters like Dunkirk Donna.... What do you want to do? You are a talented guy...how about becoming a Sommelier and providing services to local restaurants and wine stores?

Bump Chad--I love you man, but you need to learn to qualify your insider information. You posted in this and in another thread that Tice to Buffalo was a done deal. No qualifier -- just the assertion it was a done deal. Take the two seconds to really think about what you are posting. Is it fact? Is it what your source is hearing? Is it in process? and then use the correct qualifier. I really have no doubt you have some information that could be compelling and interesting -- but you go over the top. I can only speak for me--but I would not criticize you if you qualified stuff. I can see you have long ago worn out your welcome with some folks--and that's fine...just be cautious.....become a regular poster with the goal of contributing in a good way to this great community of Bills lovers. -
Stewardess, I speak jive...

Loved him as host of Tic Tac Dough back in the day.....He definitely understands X's and O's

Looking pretty nimble in that entry video. Particularly with the little shimmy walking in the door..... Thanks 26CB....you make Antoine Winfield and all of us proud with your work.

What if they tried something different? Instead of a consistent crew..simulcast the home team radio broadcast the first half and the away team radio broadcast the second half. It might be fun....Its time for ESPN to think outside the norm and this would definitely be a cost cutting move. Still do SVP at halftime...do both broadcast teams pre-game and at the half...

Hard to express much love for the last 17 years....He grew up in NY up the Hudson from the City (New Paltz) -- still visits the area during HS football season. He loves McD...so you may see him change tone a bit....

Power Struggle in New England between Kraft, Brady & Belichik

Jags fans are terrified of Bills fans

I haven't checked recently, but as of about 7 years ago Duval County had the highest adult illiteracy rate of major urban counties in the lower 48 states....it was something like 47% of the adult population. Seems like the only ones who are afraid of Bills fans are the ones who can read. Maybe we should be afraid of the ones that cannot read... -

On this we agree my fellow Bills brother..... To put in on the headline and to plaster it across the networks all day -- I needed a little more breaking news... Okay, I am tired of talking about the Pats....I hope our men win a football game on Sunday and then Kyle buries little Tommy Boy next weekend. Maybe Jimmy G. will make a large donation to a charity Kyle supports if that happens. -

You know Wayne, I did read it carefully word for word What's shocking in there? Brady didn't help Jimmy...Not shocking Brady wants to play until he's 45 and didn't want Jimmy around -- not shocking Brady went straight to Kraft to get Jimmy taken out (you know this happened) - not shocking Belichick doesn't want Brady's personal trainer to usurp his internal team - not shocking This is pro football, and every organization in business. It happens everywhere. The Pats have managed it for almost 2 decades--I doubt its any worse today than it was after the lost Super Bowl where Giselle said "My Husband Can't Throw it and Catch it!!!" This article could have been written in the past about the Pats. Why now? Because ESPN is failing -- that's why now. Believe me--I hate the success of the Pats -- I hope WE/the Bills meet them in two weeks and kick their ass and that this ego crap causes the whole thing to implode this offseason. But there is nothing in this article that couldn't have been written before. My opinion only -- not trying to change your mind, but I hope this is a decent articulation of my perspective. -

Do I think egos might be at play here...yes...its pro football and this Patriots team is a Yankees/Celtics/UCLA Bruins dynasty -- of course there are egos. Do I think these three men have always made personal ego sacrifices to build and sustain this dynasty -- yes--most definitely. Do I think they disagree sometimes and argue--gotta crack some eggs to make a dynasty omelette. Do I think this is click bait by a failing network -- yep... -
Jags attempt to insult bills...but....!!!

Hey Jags, the BIlls give you the Penguin Laugh -
Where are the damn recipes? Why would Kim and Terry keep putting money into Canalside and buying property around the KBC if the stadium will not eventually be somewhere in the area? That's the question I asked myself this past weekend looking out the casino side from the 19th floor of the Hotel and seeing vast amounts of developable property........There is not enough business activity in Buffalo to fill this space with mixed-use or pure office space -- the stadium and KBC can be the focal points of destination based mixed use with 100+ event nights/days a year. I have seen this happen locally in Durham where a baseball stadium and a performing arts center and a family named the Goodmon's have changed the face of decaying urban center. DD -- thanks for the entertainment. If you looked at this thread as nothing but a source of laughs it was one of the more entertaining threads in TBD history. Sadly, like MASH, Friends and Seinfeld it must (in this case thankfully) end.... (Side note: The outdoor USA vs. Canada game was one of the more spectacular sports moments I have seen live....what a game....what an atmosphere....Bills fans on both sides going crazy for their country's junior world team)

Rod - instead of writing a click-bait column -- offer some solutions to the ills you describe. The Say Yes program has raised graduation rates in Buffalo City Schools by 33% the last 3 years. How about highlighting what's going right and building on it rather than writing a kill-joy column. Write about surrounding suburban school districts that rank highly. Write about the economic development around canalside...write about whatever...don't trash the Bills at their finest moment in this century because the managing editor is thinking your columns don't attract readers.....

I heard he is Chad Henne's illegitimate son and that they found this out just before the 2017 season. Seems Chad's second-grade teacher was "a hot for teacher" and Chad was physically advanced. When the teacher became pregnant she had the child and little Buh-lockay (Now Blake) was put up for adoption. Bortles tanked training camp so his dad could be highlighted. Its made for some awkward situations in the locker room this year. Blake running to his dad when St. Doug get's mad at him. Heard Marrone threatened to bring in Ryan Nassib to help him in the QB room.

Done....God bless. Stay strong, Count.
