  1. I dont know man, it aint the 70's anymore
  2. You joke but those educated millennial liberal feminazi's love an environmentally conscious man.
  3. One would hope...
  4. I thought Mt Etna was an insurance company?
  5. That does seem to be the case, dosent it. Whats with him and QB's?
  6. Yet we STILL only managed a sub .500 season. Which has been my point all along. How much value is a special running back really worth. We arent cutting McCoy, hes fun to watch, hes good, he should be and will be a Bill in 2017, but people acting like he will lead us out of the dark ages to the promised land, are just... Confused.
  7. I mean, Gillislee isnt a TOTAL chump? Is he? Im gonna speculate that he would have done just fine.
  8. Look, im not saying Gillislee is as good as Shady, but... Jags Rams 49'ers Browns
  9. Marty, i think traveling back and forth through time is really starting to affect your frontal lobe. You completely missed my point. Im not saying Gillislee is as good as Shady, hell, im not even saing to cut him, im just saying i dont think RB position is as critical to an offenses overall success as you apparently do. But by all means, put in an official request for the bot, wouldnt be the worst thing ive ever been called.
  10. Check the Mangold thread, someone is still obsessing 😐
  11. Tyrod throws for 3800 yards
  12. The game i watched was the one where Blount started, then fumbled, then vanished. Blount had similar stats as McCoy for the year. McCoy is a good runner, but he would be a hell of alot more fun to watch if he had actually helped us beat even one playoff team last year. Gillislee could have easily contributed just as much to our 7-9 season last year as Shady did.
  13. All our great 'backs from the last 15 years, Lynch, Freddie, Spiller, to name a few. Hell, even OJ, when has an individual great running back season made a difference? When has a running back carried his team to a Superbowl? Was Dallas going to win the Superbowl with Zeke in there? We can be 8-8 just as easily with Tyrod and Shady, as we can be with Tyrod and Gillislee. Shady was a bright spot on our 2016 offense, was fun to watch and about the most exciting part of the offense last season, i just personally dont care if he stays on the team or not. RB isnt a position of huge value imo.
  14. A. When you have a QB that has a hard time passing for TD's of course your RB will rack up more touchdowns. B. When has a "premium" RB ever made such a difference on a team? C. RB's are interchangeable, we dont need some stellar running back talent to win in the league. Look at Legarrette Blount. Two less TD's than McCoy on the season, a handful less running yards, yet the evil genius hd no problem benching him in the FREAKIN SUPERBOWL, his backup had an amazing game, their offense didnt miss a beat, and the Pats still crushed their opponent. McCoy is not a make it or break it player. I really dont care if hes on the team or not in 2017
  15. So "Bridge QB" is a staple of the TBDism's now? This is a brand new term to me. In my day we just called um crappy Quarterbacks.
  16. Im giving him 3 games, if he dosent win us the superbowl by then, i say can him.
  17. The quintessential war movie, my favorite all times war movie is Apocalypse Now.
  18. Hogans one great move was his ability to channel all his mystical inner strength, to become momentarily impervious to all other attacks. That and the leg sweep, i believe. But this thread isnt about Hogan, its about the Animal, who i believe was an old, old time wrestler, he wrestled back when my Dad was a kid even. He came up through the ranks of the American Wrestling Association, with the likes of Rick Flair and Dusty Rhodes. That was the 70's when the wrestlers used to keep razor blades in their trunks, and literally cut themselves during the matches, for effect. There used to be quite a bit of bloodshed in the matches in those days. Was a pretty theatrical display. Those dudes were hardcore, was a very "carney" lifestyle for those guys, back in the old times.
  19. This is really the most annoying off season ever
  20. "The most unpredictable athlete in the history of the World Wrestling Federation. Hulk Hogan must fear for his very physique" That was awesome! Great find, made me feel like a 9 year old kid again! RIP Animal, you were a great character.
  21. Wasnt his gimmick a green tongue and eating the turnbuckles?
  22. This frickin team is hopeless...
  23. Bates motel is very very binge watch worthy, imo. The 100 is pretty good too.
  24. T mobile is better
  25. Vic has gotten far far away from what the jedi master of sports reporters (Felser) taught him. Of course, Larry Felser didnt have to deal with the internet, thats whats really killed alot of otherwise good reporters. Its a shame Carruci cant cultivate the type of relationship with Pegula, that Felser had with Ralph. I feel sorry for Him. TO was a jerk and a really bad team mate, which is why he wasnt voted in. I would have loved to see TO play with Tyrod 😂
