I do think we are seeing chapter 67 in the Bills manual on how to mismanage the QB position.

Hogan's a go to guy on like the greatest football dynasty in history, but ok.

Those are all guys who run crisp routes, beat their man, and catch the ball. They can all blaze down the field and get yards after catch as well. Not a single one of them are "just another guy" including Hogan. Tom frickin Brady does not throw the football to "just another guy" If we cut Zay or KB tomorrow, the pats are not picking up either one and making them their next go-to guy. Zay and KB are "just another guy" not Hogan. Hogan is an excellent receiver.

I feel like Josh Allen, under the proper gudence and development has tons of potential to become a very good quarterback. I also feel like if thrown to the wolves it could vastly affect his abilities. We will see how it plays out

Well all I know is it takes a helluva lotta moving parts to make a Superbowl winning football team and the Bills better darn well get their acts together if they are ever gonna do it. An Andy Reid coached Mahommes is PROBABLY gonna be better than a McDermott coached Josh Allen. An Andy Reid coached Josh Allen would PROBABLY be better than a McDermott coached Mahommes. It takes a lot of organizational excellence to make a world champion football team, and comparing Josh Allen to Mahommes right now is a fools errand.

2016 the Raiders went 12-4. Looked every bit as good as Mahomes does now, he looked like the new Tom Brady. Bills fans were flipping out that we could have drafted him. One good winning season, then a handful of... Not winning seasons. Plus he wears eyeliner. What about Dak Prescott? He had that one magical season too. Mahommes is PROBABLY just the flavor of the week, he's only had 5 games. Again, not fitting him for a gold jacket quite yet. Or maybe he will be the new Tom Brady. Who knows.

Right now, I'd put Carr in the Tannehill/ Matt Stafford catagory. And my original comparison was that Mahomes could easily fall into that catagory as well. Don't underestimate the Andy Reid factor, that guy is an offensive Mastermind.

My solution is the same as it's been for 25 years. Big men win football games. Draft O line. This upcoming draft get online in first two rounds, then D line in rounds 3-4. Look to FA for wide receivers.
