  1. Ya I am glad they went for it though. Even if the Bills don't get it, Oakland has to start from their own 1 yard line still down 2 scores
  2. I learned my lesson in previous years to look too far ahead. I know it is cliche but just one game at a time. I am pretty sure they play the Saints after the Jets, but I am not even 100 percent sure because I literally am just focused in on them winning their next game
  3. Fair enough. I guess the Bills of past still haunt me to this day
  4. I agree for sure. Playoffs would be awesome, but I still think it is 50/50. I love the direction they are going in How was the atmosphere today?
  5. Still though. You are down 13 in the 4th. If you don't get it you sacrifice 10 yards of field position. Very minimal risk
  6. 100 percent agreed. Made no sense at all not doing the onside kick. Worst case scenario for the Raiders, the Bills recover and start at the 35 yard line... Exactly
  7. How many times have we seen in the past where the opposing team scores when the bills are leading, only to follow up with a 60 second drive resulting in a 3 and out? When Oakland made it 27-14 I thought... How are the Bills going to find a way to blow this one. But this is not the same old Bills. The drive after... The Bills take over 5 minutes off the clock, make Oakland use a timeout, convert key third downs, and essentially killed all the momentum Oakland had and salted the game away. Was so nice to see and I think that drive was an underrated sequence in this win today. If they go 3 and out and give the ball back to Oakland with good field position, who knows what happens. It seems like the Bills are learning to win/handle adversity, and it is so nice to see this after almost 2 decades of finding ways to lose.
  8. Slow down there... haha. Joking. Would be amazing of course to take down the Pats but I would even be thrilled if they made the wild card
  9. Ya they did screen beautifully with spiller. It was so exciting to watch for a short period of time
  10. It really kills the game. I didn't even get excited after a Bills big play because I think Hochuli is going to call a flag and bring it back. Takes away the joy from the game
  11. Wrong day to be negative man. Enjoy the win. It was a great day to be a Bills fan
  12. White is already turning into one of my favourite Bills. Amazing start to his career
  13. How many years does he have left on his contract?
  14. Exactly, And teams figured out the Chan Gailey/Fitz offence. It was all short throws and screens and teams started to figure it out
  15. Until this game I really thought Shady wasnt the player he was the past 2 years. Still good of course but just not elite. But this game in my opinion was by far his best and showed why he is still oen of the best RBS in the league
  16. Why would the Bills start him/play him then, if there were 2 players at his position better than him?
  17. I think they are worse off. How do you not think so? There is a reason why he was starting. At the absolute worst, he provides great depth.. They didn't get a better offer because he has a big contract in which he hasn't lived up too, and he has off field concerns. But that doesn't take away that he isn't better than some random the Bills are going to have to plug in when Worthy needs a breather. Does it make sense for the future? Yes I understand that part. Does this make them a slightly worse team today? Absolutely
  18. They would cut him at the end of the year. I hear your point but you can't tell me the Bills are a better team today without Dareus
  19. I got to agree with you to a certain degree. I didn't mind the other trades, but this one doesn't make much sense to me. I know they are trying to get rid of cap space, but still.... They are 4-2 and in the middle of a playoff race and they traded a starting DT for a 6th round pick. I dont think Dareus is even close to playing at a probowl level, but nevertheless he is one of their best options at DT, and at worse he provides great depth. In saying that, It is way too early to say he is a horrible GM but I really did not like this move
  20. You think Tyrod performs as well as Russ and Cam? Keep in mind Cam Newton was the best QB in the NFL when the Panthers went to the superbowl. Eli is as clutch as you get and Matt Ryan won MVP last year. I don't think Tyrod is that far off from Russ, but in my opinion I cant put him on that level yet
  21. Its just my personal opinion man, I'm not right or wrong yet... I 100 percent agree that football is a team game. I know you don't know my poster but I always preach that and have defended Tyrod plenty of times using that argument. But in my personal opinion I don't think he is good enough to help his team to a Superbowl. If you're going to win, that means you're going to have to go at New England in January and score probably 28 plus points and make big time throws. The only QBs that have gone to the Superbowl in the AFC the last 16 years or so besides Brady, are big Ben, Flacco once (when he decided to be Joe Montana that playoffs), and Peyton. So back to my original point, I think he can get you into the playoffs but not the Superbowl. And yes you're right it is a team game. But the QB is also the most important player on the field and as of right now I don't see him making enough plays to help his team get there. Its just my personal opinion buddy. You of course are free to disagree which you obviously do. All good
  22. You raise a fair point. Tyrod is good enough to get into the playoffs I think, but he isn't good enough to take a team to the superbowl. In saying that I hope they keep him next year but still draft a QB in the first round
