Exactly. The problem is they are losing out on the future of the generation (kids) watching the games. Not many parents are going to let their 5-13 year old kids stay up till 1 AM and watch the full games.

It really is annoying why they start the games so late. I mean I somewhat get it cause they have to cater a little to the west coast a bit, but still sucks

Defensive alignments, when to pull the pitcher, who to start in the lineup, match-ups, pitch selection, how to attack the hitter, situational hitting, when to call a hit a run or bunt, when to steal a base depending on whos pitching and catching. There is way more as well. I played baseball at a fairly high level for almost 2 decades of my life, so believe me when I say there is a lot of strategy in Baseball

Love Baseball and love Football. You got to know/understand the game of baseball to really appreciate it in my opinion

Benjamin for sure. He has been a number 1 his whole career, while Woods has always been a number 2. Woods probably blocks better, although I dont know how Benjamin blocks in the run game

I mean, if you look at it that way trading those 3 for Benjamin is a good trade. But of course they will have a better team for this year, if they have Benjamin and keep those 3 guys. Short term it is better to have all of them. Future it is better to cut those 3 guys and get the draft pick. So it really depends how you want to look at it

Personally I disagree with it. Holmes and Ducasse came off their best games of the year. It would send a very contradicting message to the team if they got Benjamin and cut those guys right after just to get a draft pick. There are a lot of injuries that happen in the NFL as well. Even though Holmes may be 4 on the depth chart, I bet they will need him to fill in a few times. I agree

That completely defeats the purpose of getting Benjamin. Ducasse and Holmes have played well. They got Benjamin to help with the playoff push, so why would they get rid of 2 starters?
