  1. Not going to quit the board if I am wrong, but I don't think Miami is making it. I wouldn't be surprised if they do because they find the weirdest ways to win games, but I don't think they are talented enough at the end of the day
  2. You're right for sure and definitely have the right mindset. I just need to actually see them make the playoffs before I start getting too excited. I don't know how many times I've been excited mid season and they let me down everytime. So to your point, I'm letting it play out, but the only difference is I'm prepared for the worst and hoping for the best
  3. If a guy does something bad to a girl in a long term relationship, like cheats on her, that girl is not going to forget the past and just turn the page. If she stays with that guy, they are going to have to build up lots of trust, and he is going to have to prove to her that things are changing for the better. For me, going 5-3 isn't enough trust yet, and especially after that Thursday nighter, those past 17 years of failure start to creep in my mind again. It's good that you are optimistic, I'm just not there quite yet
  4. I see what you are saying, but the main reason the Bills got beat was because they got dominated in the trenches. Seemed like Jets won every single one on one match up. Even though what you are saying is correct, there is no excuse to be losing 34-7 in the 4th quarter against a supposedly inferior opponent
  5. It depends what type of team they have. Last year against Miami they let over 200 to Ajayi on the ground, so that kind of defeats the purpose of having bad weather to their advantage. Need to be able to run the ball and stop the run to use it for your advantage in my opinion, and minus last weeks effort against the Jets, they usually are able to do that
  6. As long as you acknowledge that Tyrod is overwhelmingly better than Thad, and that Thad wouldn't even get close to 8-9 wins with this same team, then I will take your opinion on TT a little more serious lol
  7. I never once said not too draft a QB. The original post was he wants Tyrod gone next year. That would be a mistake in my opinion. Keep him and draft a QB in the first round. And I will stick by saying it will be not be easy to find an upgrade over him. Do they need to try? For sure. But don't get rid of him, unless they want to tank. Maybe they should sign Thad Lewis though right?
  8. What is your plan to replace Tyrod? Draft a rookie and most likely suck next year? Serious Question as I am not attacking you. If they get a rookie QB, I can almost guarantee the Bills will be taking a step back next year, in terms of overall record. Tyrod isn't great but it is not easy to replace an average starting QB. There is a reason why mediocre/average QBS make tons of money. Teams are desperate and it is so hard to find a top 10 QB
  9. Ya the WRS on Oakland are very bang or bust. They can make amazing plays, but can also drop routine catches. As we saw last night. Cook is a stud at TE though
  10. It is crazy how they find a way to win so many close games. They either get blown out, or steal games away in the final quarter
  11. Will probably have to go against Lattimore which will be a very tough matchup
  12. I tried to give the man the benefit of the doubt of not being a troll, but when he makes comments like that, you really have to wonder if he is just doing it to get a reaction from people
  13. Are you still sure about them clinching that playoff seed?
  14. If they somehow get in, there is no way they are going to have it clinched lol
  15. I agree. And I still think one of the hardest things to do is go on the road and win in your own division
  16. Still lots of game left. Most likely more points to be scored for both sides, so can wait to the 4th if necessary
  17. 50/50 for me. I think the Bills are better than the fins but it is hard to sweep a division opponent. We saw that just a few nights ago
  18. He is slumping for sure. But he throws such a pretty ball, I think he will get back to his 2016 season soon enough
  19. I strongly disagree with what you are saying and I'm not sure how you can compare a starting NFL QB who has a winning record over 37 games, to a QB who isn't even good enough to be a 3rd stringer in this league. Very mind boggling to me, but everyone is entitled to their opinion I guess
