Nathan Peterman's regular season stats at New Era Field

I wouldn’t get your hopes up. Save yourself the disappointment. History shows he will throw multiple INTs and stink up the joint once again -

I guess. But how is it even possible to be optimistic with arguably the worst QB of all time starting this week -

Just have to write this out to believe it (QBs)

He looked great in pre season..;) -
I couldn't disagree more with your first few lines. These coaches have great offensive minds, they are innovative, and they can identify talent to help their young QBs. Nagy comes in, they sign Robinson and Gabriel. Combine that with being a great offensive mind and helping the young QB and boom. It's night and day from 2017-2018. Same thing with Mcvay. He comes in, identifies talent and signs Watkins and Woods his first year, does wonders with Goff, and takes the 32nd ranked offence to 1st in one season.(I believe he brought in an offensive lineman or 2 as well in 2017) Now I am not going to say the turn around will be that extreme with the Bills in regards to Mcvay with the Rams, but if they can identify a great offensive coach, then there is no reason the Bills can't replicate what the Bears are doing, or at least to a certain degree. Especially with all the cap space/draft picks to identity good players on the offensive side of the ball. Do I think Mcd/Beane are going to get fired? No I don't. But this offence they have is completely unacceptable and there is no excuse for it. They made this mess on the offensive side of the ball by getting rid of good players and bringing in their own guys.

WR Bruce Ellington released by Texans

Barely heard of him myself, but he’s a WR so I’m on board to get him! -
Some terrifying Bills offensive comparisons
BillsFan130 replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I still like this one: Bills have 3 passing touchdowns all season. Trubisky threw 5 touchdowns in under one half just a few weeks ago -
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2018/10/31/jaguars-will-add-landry-jones/ Why wouldn't the Bills get Jones? I would prefer him over Anderson and Barkley

Well they held NE to basically 16 points. That is almost unheard of. Especially when the offence goes 3 and out every time and gives the ball right back to Brady.

Terrelle Pryor in Buffalo! Update: He's signing!

I hope they finally release Nate when Allen is healthy. Cause then you got Allen, Anderson, and Pryor as an emergency 3rd stringer -
Bills playbook leaked on social media last night!

Here are some examples from last nights game. 1. Trying to run east/west against a Bill Belichick defence that sets the edge to perfection. 2. Took him till the late 3rd quarter to realize Ivory was more of a effective runner than Mccoy in last nights game 3. Throwing on 3rd and shorts and constantly running it on 2nd and longs. Should have been the opposite 4. Went to wildcat way too many times. Cost them drives as they were constantly in 2nd and long 5. Once again too many go routes. He threw in a few crossing routes, but went back to his signature uninspiring play call of having all the receivers just sprint in a straight line. Those are 5 problems at the top of my head with Daboll from last nights game -
Derek Anderson injury - in concussion protocol

I think it is just of respect to the other 52 guys on the roster. They owe it to the players on the team to start the best QB available and Nate Peterman is just not that guy. He should not be on a NFL roster -

I gave 5 examples where talent has literally nothing to do with his piss poor decisions and play calling

Sean McDermott is Out of Answers
BillsFan130 replied to Straight Hucklebuck's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mcd literally played Jauron ball to a tee last night. Here are a few examples: -Play bend but don't break defence - Kept the game close - Punted on 4th and short at midfield down in the 4th quarter -Ran the ball on 3rd and 8 on that last possession of half time He was trying to keep the game close and hope the Bills got a few breaks that bounced their right way. It is sickening to watch. No one expected the Bills to win. But for gods sake at least take a couple swings at it. -

Brandon Beane deserves to be fired tomorrow

You make very valid points OP. I wouldn't say fire them yet though. I think you have to give them next year to see how Allen progresses. If they have anything remotely close to the same offence next year though, then you have to fire them. Because it really is unacceptable
