    It's hard to say. Defence- I put mostly on McDermott as I strongly believe he has a big say on who he wants. Offence- Combination of Beane/Josh/Brady on who they bring in. Now the big question is- Who's decision is it to tie up all the resources to the defence and mostly neglect the offence..

    Winning the division is a very low bar when Josh Allen is your QB and the Division is crap Our expectations now our super bowl. And in almost 10 years under McDermott, nothing has shown me this guy has what it takes to get over the hump

    I seriously don't get the defending of him on this board. Is he a terrible coach? No as he has some good qualities, like culture. But he is a high floor/low ceiling coach. We have well passed the high floor stage now and we need a high ceiling coach

    This should be Babichs last game calling plays for the Bills. Not saying it's all his fault- But just being realistic as McDermott isn't gonna get fired , so something has to change on the defensive side

    Not even trolling as I'm genuinely curious as There are a lot of McDermott fans here. Please tell me- What do you think he does to elevate this team? Please consider context as well, as Josh Allen is a top 3 QB in the game that he has to work with

    This is a total team loss. Defence was awful . Offence awful Coaching awful. This team has been bad for 6 straight games now outside of the 4th quarter against Baltimore

    Beane will waste another 3rd round pick on a receiver at the deadline probably. Amazing how he has invested barely anything into the WR position
