Managed to pick up Morris in my fantasy league. Hope he's the guy. Someone else grabbed McFadden before I could make a move on both. Either way one of us struck gold.

Not trying to say he's great in this regard, but I believe strongly that he had miserable luck in a couple of his opportunities. This year's Carolina game spoiled by a questionable OPI and a missed connection with Zay, Miami last year spoiled by some garbage defense in the 4th quarter and OT, Seattle last year with some questionable goal line playcalls. Tyrod can't be held faultless but he has put his team in a position to win multiple times and the team couldn't close.

Why doesn't Tyrod just get on Shady's shoulders? So he can still run because he'll have Shady's legs, but then he'll have added height too.

I don't understand why when he clearly did well with his carries in preseason. I'm not saying he is amazing but he is someone we could theoretically call on for help.

Why don't they just sign J Will off the Broncos practice squad? I don't think they would stop us.

Wondering what this talent evaluation game is so about. It's like McD decided to evaluate talent during a regular season game knowing they weren't going to win? I don't know. He's obviously still trying to build the best roster for the stretch run but Ducasse should have been cut before week 1.

The article says pass pro is fine, but run blocking, particularly outside zone, has been an issue. See, I think this team is disciplined enough to do it, given who is on the rest of the schedule. All of the other games are winnable. Sweep the Jets and Miami, beat Indy and LA and then win two of Tampa, New Orleans and Oakland. The path is still there especially since it seems like to this point not many AFC teams are separating themselves from the pack. It does also depend on guys like Matthews and Clay too.

It was not the best day for Preston or the corners but overall they still did enough. Offense got the ball at the 12 and couldn't score a TD.
