  1. Agreed. Let's keep these guys together. Gaines won't be too pricey.
  2. In his rookie year he made some big time plays - enough to win DROY - but on a play for play basis, Darby easily outplayed him. I was always mad about that, but since then it seems like he's been trending up and playing pretty well. Still, I agree that he isn't as good as he's been made out to be by these NFL writers.
  3. It is a bit of a catch 22 though: trust Folk for the onside or trust him for the GW FG, haha.
  4. The onside kick was a big time mistake.
  5. If Folk could have just made one of those other kicks...
  6. Not at all!
  7. Holy wow.
  8. Tampa can't get a decent kicker.
  9. What the hell are the Pats doing there??
  10. This ref is messing up some calls.
  11. There was definitely a guy there. They'll give that to him since he was on the way down and couldn't throw an accurate ball.
  12. Sailed it!
  13. Well I just traded Mike Evans so I'm expecting a huge game for him tonight.
  14. Took the trade. New angle is to find Corey Davis and re-claim him from waivers. Stash him for when he's healthy. For this week I'm starting Tyreek Hill and Jaron Brown at WR... who do I flex? Options: Sammy Watkins Wayne Gallman Will Fuller Eli McGuire
  15. I get it. But I think both guys are boom or bust. Same goes with Sammy. Jaron Brown is steady with targets. I have no receivers. I dropped Corey Davis because I had no choice last week and needed to shore up other positions. I suppose I can pick him back up. Just worry that I am trading a huge strength away. Update though, he added Charles Clay. I can finally ditch Martellus Bennett.
  16. If we go 10-6 or better with TT, given the dearth of receiver talent on this squad, I'm betting the staff opts to keep TT a few more years, see how Peterman develops in the mean time or maybe pull the trigger on a good prospect if they fall to us over the next few drafts.
  17. Need help ASAP with a trade proposal I received today. Here is my current team: QB Watson Stafford RB Mixon Gallman Eli McGuire Cook WR Evans Thomas Ja. Brown Watkins TE Reed Bennett Currently looking to save Cook as my keeper for next year but I have an obvious weakness at RB and strength at WR. I released Jacquizz and have a waiver claim in for Rawls as it sounds like he might get another chance at a role in the Hawks offense. I have been proposed the following trade: Evans and Thomas for Gurley, Tyreek Hill and Will Fuller. I'm tempted because it brings me a stud and relative stability at that position but at the same time it puts my team's strength into a ?? Hill is a weekly play but he's boom or bust numbers wise and I still worry if he and his build can withstand a whole year. Fuller is a matchup-based start. At the same time if any of my specs pan out (fingers crossed for Gallman) or I can find another back on waivers if injuries mount elsewhere I'm right back in it. What do you all think? Take the trade or no?
  18. Well I was only awarded one claim and it was for Gallman. My team is screwed. I have no feature backs anymore unless Mixon is ready and Gallman rises to the challenge these next few weeks.
  19. Reports from game two have said Dawkins was solid. Have to wonder what the plan is when Glenn gets healthy. If Dawkins continues his growth at LT, do we move him to RT when Glenn gets healthy? Do we try Glenn at RT?
  20. Interesting take from Walter. But I don't think McD would ever let it get to their heads.
  21. True. Read one article (can't remember where) saying Matthews injury could be at leaat six weeks. Maybe I'm off or that's been addressed elsewhere and we know it won't be that long.
  22. Indeed. The motto is not "understand the process" haha.
  23. Possible cut there yes. Guess it's a matter of how long Humber or Matthews will definitely be out. IR one and bring him back later.
  24. I expect a couple IR designations.
