Same with us with ceiling leaks. We have gable venting and I think water blew in there rather than a breach in the shingles on the room. I've gotta wait for daylight but I'm pretty confident the roof survived.

Live update from Fayetteville, NC... Mass flooding, power outages, system wide water outages, dams ready to collapse... It's bad, not Katrina bad, but its bad. My neighborhood has not had any flooding or power outages beyond flickering of lights, but that might just be dumb luck. My house, my wife, my child, and my dog are ok. My neighbors are ok. But, I work for the school system and have a lot of work colleagues and even more students... I worry for them. It's going to be a long road back for some neighborhoods in town.

Sounds plausible enough. Who are you going to fire when given an ultimatum (another theory)? Your twin brother on the crappy defensive side of the ball, or the marginally better but still crappy OC with no ties to the family or your coaching circle? 100% yes. However, TT seems like the real deal. If he stays healthy and can make smart plays, he's a mid to top tier guy so we may as well pay him now. I'm just leery.

Yup. Plus it's ultimately cheaper to sign the qb and use the tag on a CB rather than the other way around. I'm just sooo gun shy given our precious history of signing QBs before they are proven.

That leaves the franchise tag for Gilmore next year if true...
