  1. word Also, ahem, SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC!
  2. that was an awkward exchange...
  3. No, this will be a hard pill to swallow if they end up being terrible with Marrone at the helm. I don't know what the opinion of keyboard heroes has to do with it. If they win the opener next year people will be on here celebrating the beginning of the Marrone era. I am going into this with an open mind. I think it is funny that all season I read threads here about how Chan was behind the curve. He gets fired and nobody on TBD wants a retread. Buffalo hires a coach who, by all accounts, is an innovator. Now everybody is PO'ed about not hiring a retread. C'est la vie.
  4. Wicked CT in that pic. Just sayin. edit: Not the headshot obviously, the first shot on the page. yes
  5. thoughts so far: 1) i cant stop thinking about the former miss alabama 2)...i forgot what else i was gonna say
  6. Your season ticket holders are where you make your money. I can see raising ticket prices across the board, but making it tougher for just the season ticket holders seems crazy to me, especially in a market with so many other choices. I hope everybody who so desperately wants a shiny, fancy dome downtown reads this article and connects the dots before they have to "buy the right to purchase season tickets."
  7. Ground up and in the freezer.
  8. answering your question with a question, if he had won anything, would we even have a chance at him?
  9. so espn reporters are saying we hired the hottest candidate on the market. this is not what I am used to as a bills fan.
  10. Imo, Kaep has too small of a sample size, but that takes nothing away from the point of this. I'm just knitpicking because I have nothing better to do.
  11. maybe Chris spielman was right...
  12. Meyer has his dream job right where he is.
  13. 1: Brad Smith is deceivingly fast. 2: Chandler is always open, even when he is covered. 3: "He should have a crack at this one..." (5 seconds later Leodis is high-steppin across the goal line)
  14. There is something to be said for playing to your strengths.
  15. Does this mean the Cards take Horton? And if that is the case, do Russ and Buddy want Wiz without Horton?
  16. Not sure if he found an extra jersey, or an extra broad...
  17. It might keep him from retiring
  18. Thats what I said. I'm glad you think so too. He's gotta have some tread left. And Chicago has already said they wont re sign him.
  19. I work for my father. He is a class A jerk to me outside of work, but I like that in a boss, so it's a great arrangement.
  20. after looking at all of this, I have decided to throw my hat in the ring for the buffalo head coaching job. I have a winning record in Madden, and I'm a young prospect with tons of energy. I have just as much nfl hc experience as Doug marrone and chip kelly COMBINED. also, I would be willing to work for a few of anchor bar and mighty taco gift cards. I am also a huge fan of delegation. I am from the Rochester area and would help in the regionalization efforts.get er done buddy. hit me up on facebook
  21. #turd? Is that the best he could come up with?
  22. All he really needs to do on that side of the ball is plug in a couple LBers. I wonder if he has any connections to a big time linebacker who becomes a FA this spring...
  23. after tonight I hope Boyd declares. that was amazing.some of those throws...
  24. I like it. I think they will interview him, because at the very least he will be our Rooney candidate. I don't know how much tread Urlacher has left, but the bears aren't resigning him. Would he follow? Would we pay for him? Probably not, but fun to think about. Same with Hester. As for "old and stale," in Buffalo, old and stale is futuristic.
  25. Yeah, his long throws and touch passes looked Fitz-like. I know that SEC teams are defensively tough, but Vandy isn't exactly the class of the SEC.
