I guarantee this will cross the line of "too much information" . Just a fair warning. Normally I have a pretty amazing bladder. I piss in the morning and then, even though I drink several bottles of water and maybe a beer at lunch, I usually don't have to go again until 6PM or so. I go to Bills games and get tanked in the lot and very rarely have to use the men's room at the stadium. For some reason, when I am not using the CPAP all that changes at night. I go 2 -3-even 4 times during the night. I wake up (because I stop breathing) and have to piss like a racehorse. For the past two nights, I slept through the night (about 7 1/2 hours) without pissing. Actually last night I woke up and made a mask adjustment and went right back to sleep. I typically go to sleep about 1-2 AM and get up between 8-9 AM, unless I have an earlier appointment. I'm a night owl. If I didn't have to work during the day, I'd probably stay up til 4am and sleep til noon. From past experience, I agree that 4-5 good hours with the machine is better than 6-8 without. As far as the face-farts go. See if they can get you a nasal pillow mask to try. No farts!

A Bills fan takes a step back and reflects

Good point. How did that escape me? -

Where is proof? I'm not saying Tebow won't be better, but you offered nothing that resembled "proof". EDIT: Holy crap I just realized I was answering a post from Crayon's more retarded brother. My bad. -
You want to keep the roster spot vacant for 12 weeks? Seriously? For Mitchell? Really?

Some people were disturbed with that comment. I love Gilbert's response: "Greg can't say anything about it now ... I'm not worried about him calling and complaining." http://www.tmz.com/2010/09/29/greg-giraldo-dead-gilbert-gottfried-roast-twitter/ I think Greg would have loved that.

That's not evidence. It's not even circumstantial evidence.

Who you calling a stute? When they got rid of Chuck I was hoping for a replacement like Hank Stram. -
Indeed. Bullying is a horrific thing, IMO. Yes, it might be natural at a certain age. But our culture actually seems to HONOR it, to a degree. We had a similar discussion some years back, and there were a few posters who seemed to defend bullying, and focused on the weakness of the victims. What a shame, really.

There is precious little evidence to examine. Unless of course one subscribes to the specious "he was cut by the Pack so he can't be any good" logic of some here. I thought the preseason evidence was pretty favorable, for what it was. Which is to say, not a lot. He is an unknown quantity right now. That's attractive when the known isn't very good.

I like both of those ideas as they would/should help the economy of either city. I dislike both of those ideas as the commute would likely suck for either. Right now, the commute to and from the Ralph has to be one of the easiest in the NFL. There are a number of ways in, and out. That simply wouldn't be the case for a downtown or Falls stadium. Yes it is possible (and probably environmentally preferable) to promote public transportation to the game. But the Bills fans are the best tailgaters in the country (certainly top 3 anyway) and that would kill a great tradition, IMO. -

To be sure. But I was wondering about the name of the "old song" you were paraphrasing. I went with the obvious. -
How is everything working out? I finally managed to acquire a replacement CPAP, and the last two nights have been the first two nights of decent sleep I have had in two years or so. After some initial difficulty finding a comfortable spot on the pillow, I slept through the night with no problems. I will have to look into one of those prop pillows, I guess.

McGee and McKelvin "shut down" corners
The Dean replied to DUFF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think the key is to use more defenders than they have linemen. And/or to disguise the blitzes so they come from unexpected places where the line is otherwise occupied. -
RIP Tony. He was hard to not like, IMO.

Holy crap! Playing the Bible card? Really? You don't think Jesus may have lay down with Peter and Paul on occasion? Leviticus doesn't say anything about blow-jobs or taking it up the poop-shoot. Seriously, what a pitiful argument. Even if you believe this stuff, doesn't the Bible teach you to PRAY for sinners? Or is it OK to forget that part? Why isn't it possible to bless a homosexual, even though you think it's a sin. Didn't Jesus bless Mary Magdalene, who many believe was a whore? Why do so many of today's Christians focus on the damnation and forget about the forgiveness?

Actually, at the time I wasn't against replacing Ground Chuck. He turned a miserable organization into a real NFL football team. With that said, his teams always seem to top out fairly soon. There was no overdrive in the playoffs for Knox' teams. Now I did not like their choice for replacement. Kay Stephenson? Give me a break already. That was simply a horrible move. -
With the exception of one big mistake I saw, Whitner has been pretty active this year, I think. He is hitting hard and making tackles. I'd like to see the Bills use him a bit more on the blitz, too. He is extremely solid, if not spectacular. Don't discount solid, every team needs solid. And remember EVERY 3rd down stop is a BIG play. Ever tackle that saves a break away gain is a BIG play. Some people think if it isn't on SportsCenter it wasn't a big play. Byrd is more exciting, and has a nose for big plays, but needs to be more consistent in coverage. He has only played in one game, I think, due to a preseason injury. But I guess it's never too early for a Bills fan to bash a player's performance. One game is enough!

lmao did anyone listen to jim mora on gottlieb/cowherd
The Dean replied to Drew026's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The NFL Network is promoting an interview with Vick and Mora, where Vick tells Mora he wasn't dedicated, etc. So maybe Mora was pissed that he was trying to preempt his big interview? Nah...just a surly douche. -
McGee and McKelvin "shut down" corners
The Dean replied to DUFF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
WOW, that's an understatement. Sanders was a sissy, when it came to contact. I could never understand how/why teams didn't exploit that more often. He was a freak, though. McKelvin could be more physical, that's true. But his coverage ability is pretty damn good right now, and he seems to be getting better all the time. While I don't think the Bills particularly needed to pick a CB when they got McKelvin, I'd hardly count it as a wasted pick. -

The Giza? Is he any relation to the RZA? A Lancaster stadium would certainly cut down on your commute. -

No, I didn't mean the video. I meant, "what's the verdict on Jerrod Johnson's performance last night?" I didn't get to see much of the game. Glanced in from time to time. Looked very exciting, but with a lot of turnovers. Here's Johnson's wild stats from last night: C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT J. Johnson 40/62 409 6.6 5 4 -

Florence has made a few nice plays, but he is nowhere near the talent of McKelvin. He is a savvy vet. I tend to forget about him when I discuss the DBs and I don't know why. He is an abysmal tackler, though.
