  1. That was one special game. Supposedly the weather was HORRIBLE. I remember being there, with my coat off, and not being cold at all. The electricity from the crowd kept me warm.
  2. All of this. Plus, I have to believe at least two of those threads have sarcastic titles and are really positive threads. Are you simply judging by titles? Also, some people (I have a feeling this skews negative) like to start threads, instead of posting in existing threads.
  3. You say that as if it were a bad thing.
  4. But as you can see (if the responses here are any indication), the vast majority of the fans had no problem. You and some others did. Do you honestly believe there is a system that can guarantee NO fan will be inconvenienced or wait for longer than they wish to? There are 70,000+ fans trying to get into the game. Too many of them wait until the last minute (and yes, if you get to the gate after about 12-12:15, that is the "last minute" in NFL pre-game time). It is what it is. I'm not saying there can't be some tweaks or improvements. Guys like Jay R are around to give reports and suggestions (and not simply whine) to help the Bills do better. But to think NO fan will EVER have to wait longer than they believe is reasonable is preposterous on its face. But I realize you'd prefer to complain rather than adjust. I'm not sure you'd ever be able to handle what fans of a certain age dealt with (without the pathetic whining) at the Rockpile. We had to park in the driveways, and on the lawns, of neighboring residents. We had to walk, sometimes a mile or more, in the freezing cold, without shoes, up hills (both ways!), to get to the games. For Christ's sake, grow a pair! Reminds me of commuters in southern California, who take the same s#itty way to work. Leave at the same time. stay in the same lane, no matter how slos it is moving, and complain about how long it takes to get to work. ADAPT! I'm out, on this thread.
  5. Somehow that doesn't' read as sincere.
  6. Terrible call. And I'm rooting against Philly. Some think Marrone was an egomaniac, what about Chip?
  7. They were, for the most part, ALL solutions: 1. Go to the gate earlier 2. Try another gate. This BS about not being able to go to another gate smells of BS as several posters had no problem doing so. 3. Pick a line that is shorter, moving faster. 4. Chill and understand 70,000 + people are moving through a very few gates. 5. Think of a solution and tell the Bills, not us. 6. Grow the Fuc# up.
  8. At least for awhile, til he passed off to a safety. Kiko has great coverage skills for a LB. But I've moved on. I was no fan of the Shady trade, but it's done, and now I'm all in.
  9. GREAT play. I know I'm gonna miss Kiko. It was such a good play, Kiko is claiming it as a TD. As well he should.
  10. I'm thinking your problem with the gates is like your problem with this post. You can't figure out how to use white space.
  11. I see we are still weighing in on the fashion report. Well, for the record, I like both the shirt and the jacket---just not together. And I LOVE the hat he wore/wears in press conferences. Mad style.
  12. My issue with Tasker has nothing to do with bias of any kind. It's that he SUCKS as a football commentator. He is simply freaking wrong too many times. Way too many mistakes (rarely corrected) when noting down, distance, players involved with the play, penalty details/description. You'd think the guy never even played football. Hall of Fame player. Hall of Shame announcer. IMO, of course.
  13. I don't think Wilcots is a horrible announcer, he just has a strange, um, accent? I can overlook it. He's better than Tasker.
  14. Indeed. I know I'm a trow-back, but I don't need my world curated. I'm a damn fine curator of my own world. I don't want or need suggestions from youtube. Can't stand "targeted advertising" as it is NEVER what I'm looking for. Don't need Amazon to make suggestions for me, based on my searches. I am perfectly capable of finding thing I need, on my own. I actually prefer it that way--as even I don't always know what I might want or like, before it happens.
  15. I recognize those as English words, but I have no freaking idea what they mean. Nor do I need to.
  16. Just one of many reasons I completely ignore Twitter. Too many blowhards thinking their every stupid thought is important enough to share with the world. Even stupider are the people who "follow" these morons.
  17. I don't believe the NFL assigns wins to ANY player, even the QB. Try to find QB wins and losses among official NFL stat records---the last time I check, they didn't exist. Coaches ARE assigned wins.
  18. Brian Krebs posts part 1 of his "vacation", tracking Mexican ATM compromises using new, sophisticated, internal hardware. I'm guessing this will get very interesting: http://krebsonsecurity.com/2015/09/tracking-a-bluetooth-skimmer-gang-in-mexico/
  19. I know this is crazy, but that really bothers me. Who the hell puts a vase with flowers on an ottoman (or some sort of chaise lounge chair)? I mean, that isn't a very reliable surface for a vase, is it? What if you swing your feet? I've been on board with this, too. Not don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting the hit be an attempt to injure, but it should send a message. Best case scenario it comes a second or so, after the whistle. You want to let Brady know the whistle is not his "safe" signal, today. And I have to agree, Fluellen would be a good choice for something like this.
  20. Is this the companion thread to "Tyrod Stinks"? If so, I'm IN.
  21. I think that's the problem here. Some realize a circle only has two sides: inside and outside. So, I can see how they might not get the concept.
  22. You arrived at the gate around 12:25 (too late, IMO, if you want to be sure to get to your seat, but whatever) and were through the gate before kickoff? What exactly is your complaint? Now you know to go in a bit earlier, or pick another gate---or both.
