  1. Interesting take http://podbay.fm/show/1109282822/e/1487794271?autostart=1
  2. If the QB the Bills want at #10 is gone , trade down for a needed extra pick .
  3. My guess is McD plays it safe and stays with Taylor as a bridge , hopefully with a different incentive contract. I would rather let Taylor go to save cap and try to sign Rick Wagner at RT , keep Groy , Z Brown Rick Wagner 'rebuffed' Ravens contract offer Feb 13 - 5:02 PM http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/8575/rick-wagner There was a Wednesday report that the Steelers view Landry Jones as one of the NFL's top backups, so re-signing him appears it will be a priority http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/7446/landry-jones or Hoyer for a cheaper bridge
  4. Alex is a good bridge till the Bills find the real deal. jmo
  5. Sweden: Riots erupt in Stockholm neighborhood http://www.cnn.com/2017/02/21/europe/sweden-stockholm-riots/index.html
  6. Alex would be a great bridge , player trade or reasonable draft pick. KC would be taking a gamble with a fragile Romo , would need Foles as a backup.
  7. Free agency: A fun player addition for each AFC team Buffalo Bills: Tony Jefferson, safety New Bills coach Sean McDermott has a terrific track record with safeties who can do a little bit of everything. (He tutored relative unknown Eagles safety Quintin Mikell to make second-team All-Pro and helped castoff Kurt Coleman earn big coin in Carolina.) Jefferson can be deployed in a variety of ways, making big plays near the line of scrimmage or in coverage. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000786700/article/free-agency-a-fun-player-addition-for-each-afc-team http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/8653/tony-jefferson
  8. Will McD play it safe and keep Taylor as a bridge and draft a QB high this year or next ? Will McD go with a cheaper bridge , trade down for more picks and go for a QB later or next season ? This season is iffy with new coaches , playbook , player turnover , clean up the mess Rex left.
  9. I would think 49's try to trade for him and he would want to play for Kyle . S.F. has plenty of cap space to make it happen and the 2nd pick overall to offer.
  10. I don't see the Bills making the WC next season. New coaches , new playbooks , player turnover. If Taylor will not renegotiate for a good incentive contract and let go , Foles would be a ok bridge and maybe future backup.
  11. Bills expected to cut Tyrod Taylor, start over with Nick Foles The Buffalo Bills to cut quarterback Tyrod Taylor, "chug along with a Nick Foles-ish" type player in 2017, "and start over," Bleacher Report's Ty Dunne expects. https://www.numberfire.com/nfl/player-news/37355/bills-expected-to-cut-tyrod-taylor-start-over-with-nick-foles
  12. I'am willing to gamble a 6th rd lottery ticket on Chad
  13. The last 2 seasons wasted and destroyed a good D . New coaches will need at least 2 drafts to recover and find missing pieces . Trade down for needed extra picks. Rex really set this team back
  14. The O was scoring last season , fix the D , trade down for extra pick , QB in 2nd rd or later. Chad in the 6th
  15. " looked good in limited work with the Chiefs last season, completing 36-of-55 passes (65.5 percent) for 410 yards (7.5 YPA) and a 3:0 TD:INT ratio. " http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/7475/nick-foles maybe in the right system
  16. 10. Buffalo Bills: Pat Mahomes, QB, Texas Tech " We've spoken to team sources who have likened him to Derek Carr, and others have made the same comparison. Mahomes is also off the charts character-wise, and he may have that "it" factor that quarterbacks need, and several recent busts (Jared Goff, Blake Bortles) don't have. " https://walterfootball.com/draft2017.php Doug likes the "it" factor
  17. I can't see going thru a Brown's type tank, just too painful. Just keep looking for a QB without trading up . There must be another Dak, Kirk and Carr out there.
  18. Good news , Bills can take him in the 6th or 7th rd
  19. If Taylor is replaced with a cheaper bridge like Hoyer, then Gilmore could stay or go after FA Ricky Wagner at RT
  20. Wonder how Henderson is doing at this point. Still need a free agent RT
  21. I just wonder if the story that Whaley wanted Hue Jackson with Schwartz as DC rather then Rex is true. Rex destroyed a playoff caliber D If that were true , I would trust Whaley
  22. Unless Taylor is let go
  23. If they let Taylor go , draft a QB , plus bring in Landry Jones or Hoyer ?
  24. You're gonna see the ascension of the Carolina quarterback," the scout told MMQB. "He's the guy, a Top 2 or 3 pick. He's the guy. ... A lot of teams like him up there." Two of the draft's other top quarterbacks -- Clemson's Deshaun Watson and Notre Dame's DeShone Kizer -- are more of the developmental variety, per an AFC college scouting director quoted in the report. The scouting director said Watson is a year away from being able to run an NFL offense, while Kizer is more of a two-year project. "I'll be shocked if Trubisky's not the first one off the board (among quarterbacks)," an AFC executive said. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000785165/article/scout-uncs-mitch-trubisky-is-top-two-or-three-draft-pick
  25. His present contract for 2 years is $40M guaranteed 2017 Option: $15.5M Option Bonus & $12M base salary & $3.25M of his 2018 salary fully guarantee on 3/11/2017 Remaining $9.75M of 2018 salary becomes fully guaranteed on the 3rd league day of 2018 http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tyrod-taylor-7899/
