Bills to explore trade market for tyrod
ALF replied to The juice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Taylor is a class act and can be an effective bridge or backup if used correctly . I think he can have a long NFL career if used in that role. Some team with cap space to burn could trade for him . I would rather draft a QB high and go with a cheaper bridge then Taylor or a more expensive FA . It's just time to move on and take a risk at this position. -
With his back injury history that would be crazy.

What is going on with Zay Jones' shoulder injury? By Vic Carucci | Published January 14, 2018 | Kelvin Benjamin won’t be the only Buffalo Bills wide receiver having offseason surgery. Zay Jones is expected to have surgery this week to repair a torn labrum in his shoulder, an NFL source with direct knowledge of the injury confirmed Sunday to The Buffalo News. Jones’ father, Robert, a former NFL linebacker, revealed the injury during a podcast with BillsWire.com, Benjamin is having a torn meniscus in his right knee repaired. "Here's a guy that's going into surgery on Tuesday to get his shoulder repaired and people hardly knew that he played the entire season with, you know, a torn labrum,” Jones said of his son on the podcast. “So how would you like sitting around and you're going to grab a glass of water and your arm falls out of its socket?" The source said the Bills never treated Jones for a labrum injury during the season and the injury was revealed last week during a standard season-ending MRI examination. http://buffalonews.com/2018/01/14/what-is-going-on-with-zay-jones-shoulder-injury/ They kept playing a injured Zay Jones ,Benjamin and Eric Wood that is just terrible .

Active shooter at Florida high school
ALF replied to Canadian Bills Fan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Alleged Florida school shooter Nikolas Cruz was reported to FBI, cops, school -- but warning signs missed The FBI revealed Friday it got a tip last month that Nikolas Cruz, the 19-year-old accused of killing 17 people on Valentine's Day, had a gun, wanted to “kill people” and there was the “potential of him conducting a school shooting.” The agency in a statement admitted receiving a call on Jan. 5, 2018 from a person close to Cruz who contacted the FBI through its Public Access Line tipline to express concerns about Cruz's erratic behavior and disturbing social media posts. In concluded that the caller's information was not forwarded to the Miami FBI field office and "no further investigation was conducted at the time." FBI Director Christopher Wray said the Bureau would review what had happened. Cruz had scores of run-ins with law enforcement prior to Wednesday's shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School dating back to 2010 -- with one report saying sheriff’s deputies responded to his home more than 35 times in just six years. http://www.foxnews.com/us/2018/02/16/alleged-florida-school-shooter-nikolas-cruz-was-reported-to-fbi-cops-school-but-warning-signs-missed.html -

A 5th rd draft pick would need to prove himself before a big contract . One year mainly incentives or just say no. He might be a viable backup if not a starter. -
Is Davis or Gaines healthy, which is more affordable by free agency.

What is better, no guns, or more guns?
ALF replied to Security's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Why Americans don't do anything about mass shootings Bill O'Reilly boiled the massacre down to six words: "This is the price of freedom." https://www.cnn.com/2017/11/06/opinions/why-we-dont-give-a-damn-about-mass-shootings-robbins/index.html I'm sure it will be a campaign issue in Nov. A lot of hot button issues this time around. It will be up to the voters . -
March 12-14 Clubs are permitted to contact, and enter into contract negotiations with, the certified agents of players who will become Unrestricted Free Agents upon the expiration of their 2017 player contracts at 4:00 p.m., New York time, on March 14. What is better, no guns, or more guns?
ALF replied to Security's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
As for his family life, Cruz was adopted by Lynda Cruz, said Kathie Blaine, her cousin. More than three months ago, on November 1, she died after battling the flu and then pneumonia, Blaine told CNN. Cruz's father had died more than a decade ago due to a heart attack. Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said Cruz's digital profile contained what he called "very, very disturbing" content. https://www.cnn.com/2018/02/14/us/nikolas-cruz-florida-shooting-suspect/index.html Someone who saw his online posting should have reported him. -

Almost all these mass shootings are done by males not females. Maybe DC Tom has a theory on this. -
Bills refused to let Shady run out of the gun in 2017

That's one way to tell the opposing D the play you are likely to use. -
If Saquan Barkley really is a better NFL prospect than Zeke.

Barkley's summer was filled with insane weightlifting sessions. Then more insane weight-lifting sessions. He can squat 525 pounds five times, and there's also video of him benching 225 pounds 30 times. Lastly, he reportedly was timed at 4.38 seconds in the 40-yard dash over the summer. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/2018-nfl-combine-saquon-barkley-among-most-likely-to-blow-up-at-indianapolis/ -

3. Redskins trade up for RGIII Redskins receive: 2012 first-rounder (No. 2: QB Robert Griffin III) Rams receive: 2012 first-rounder (No. 6: Traded to Cowboys), 2012 second-round selection (No. 39: CB Janoris Jenkins), 2013 first-rounder (No. 22: Traded to Falcons), 2014 first-rounder (No. 2: OT Greg Robinson) 2. Packers acquire Hadl Packers receive: QB John Hadl Rams receive: 1975 first-rounder (No. 9: DT Mike Fanning), 1975 second-rounder (No. 28: DB Monte Jackson), 1975 third-rounder (No. 61: C Geoff Reece), 1976 first-rounder (No. 8: Traded to Bears), 1976 second-rounder (No. 39: DB Pat Thomas) This trade doomed the Packers to nearly two decades' worth of despair while concurrently aiding the Rams' run as one of the powerhouse teams of the 1970s. http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap3000000519212 Throw away the draft value chart again this 1st rd. Then there is Goff and Wentz that were excellent 2nd season with the right coaching.

He will run for re-election to the Senate in 2018. Hypothetical if he were Pres his agenda would not get by a Republican Congress hence Nov election would be more important. I can be confusing at times. I was responding to this quote by TPS In fact, in my view, trump's expansionary policy is somewhat similar to what Bernie would've done, only Bernie would've targeted the working class not Trump's class. Progressives have argued that the bargaining power of workers has been beaten down for 30+ years. The only way to support wage growth is to boost the economy when it's close to full employment (or raise the minimum wage). The problem is, as I posted before, higher wages will stoke inflationary pressures causing the Fed to raise rates higher and faster than expected, bringing about the next recession, most likely in 2019

Why Nick Foles will most likely be traded before March 16?
ALF replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think they keep him till Wentz is 100%. They can start restructuring other contracts now. I would not rush a valuable franchise QB back , too risky. -
The last admin inherited a crashed economy and 2 very expensive wars . What else could they do but massive borrowing in that situation resulting in the economy Trump inherited. Was massive borrowing needed in Clinton's 2 terms. btw I did not vote for him instead for Ross Perot. Would not have mind George H. winning re-election. Had other countries pay for most of the Gulf War.

I would rather draft 1 QB , get a bridge QB or keep Taylor. I hope Daboll can develop Peterman instead of drafting 2 QBs. Important for any QB is a OL that can pass protect.
