  1. He did for the suspension anyway. Ah that's right. For some reason I didn't see the "came to town" part, and thought he was talking about the blowout. Singletary for the 49ers was 2008-2010? Where the heck does time go?!
  2. The last time we played the 49ers was 2012, Harbaugh was coach, and they went to the Super Bowl that year. I don't think we were favored that game. Edit: Oh and we went to them so it was a cross country trip on top of it. I like it too! Maybe because it brings back good memories when we shut down Aaron Rodgers in 2014
  3. What the......We need to go back and relearn everything about science so Africans can catch up? What does that even mean?
  4. I never got that narrative. "He's just resisting, you can deal with it Mr. Police Officer, it's in your job description". But what is the end game to resisting? Maybe he runs away, maybe he grabs your gun and shoots you, make he kicks the crap out of you, Police shouldn't have to gamble on that if they lose a wrestling match. Stop freaking resisting.
  5. Good call! I didn't think the Chargers stood a chance. I guess I am overestimating Denver's 4-0 start. This works out better for us if the division beats itself up.
  6. Almost never? I'll give you the higher rates of acquittal, but the police have special considerations for the use of force than the average person being prosecuted for murder. That's not to say that they are protected, but they have reasons, and those reasons are given consideration.
  7. Don't feel bad I played Kenneth Dixon last week out of desperation! Hmmm, maybe. I like the splash of color though, I think white pants might take away from it Denver's O is looking awful
  8. I might be in the minority but I like the color rush uni's most of the time. Who do we want to lose for the Bills sake tonight? Denver may be a wild card contender so maybe them? Not sure San Diego is going to be a contender this year.
  9. Yeah that's why I didn't start him last week. I won without him, but it was looking terrible for me with Forte and Lamar Miller not doing anything. I don't think Coleman is matchup proof, but Benjamin has been mediocre with more good match ups than bad ones. DeSean Jackson is just straight up in the dog house for me right now.
  10. Im sitting Travis Benjamin tonight. Probably gametime decisioning DeSean Jackson (VS PHI) or Tevin Coleman (@SEA) in the Flex. Haven't trusted Coleman once this year, and as soon as I do I know he will lay an egg. DeSean Jackson isn't doing me any favors either though. You guys really think the Chargers have a shot?
  11. You conveniently left out this: "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color," Kaepernick told NFL Media in an exclusive interview after the game. "To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder."
  12. Criminal problems with particular races can be broken down into a number of various reasons. Unless you say police are framing them, whether or not white people get caught too is irrelevant. However the crux of Kaepernicks argument is that "police are getting paid leave for murdering black people"
  13. No Kaepernick's protest is based on an opinion, and anecdotal evidence. There is no statistical evidence out there that portrays the picture Kaepernick is painting. Let alone it being an epidemic. Washington Post started collecting the data themselves. We are talking about 260 people a year (even then it is unclear whether it was unjustified or not) out of hundreds of millions of police encounters. And the hundreds of millions of encounters is probably lowballing it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/national/police-shootings/
  14. At the risk of sounding like a 3 year old, he started it by judging the values of those charged with protecting and serving us based on anecdotal evidence.
  15. Yes, just not at the same time!
  16. Except Cops get attacked/killed for pulling people over for a simple tail light or for stumbling upon someone illegally selling cigarettes. Their goal is to go home at the end of the day. Obey instructions and out of the hundreds of millions of police encounters, you will turn out fine. Yes, there will be incidents in which it doesn't turn out like it should have, but it isn't an epidemic.
  17. Not a fan of the Bills apologists going to other team's forums and saying "don't worry guys, the bills aren't that good, you've got this" haha. Whatever floats their boat, but wow.
  18. Tyrod lines up behind G again and scores a 150 yard TD.
  19. I'm pretty sure even the words "Rex ruined Mario" were used. A lot of "OMG dropping back into coverage", and I believe criticism for Mario lining opposite a WR one play as the defining moment of Rex Ryan's 2015 Bills Defense.
  20. CNN knew about the one "inappropriate touching" case back in may, but the victim didn't want to do an interview. I guess she changed her mind after the debate. However, it's odd that CNN didn't run the story anyway back in May then.. I guess it didn't have much substance, but that hasn't stopped them before.
  21. It's IDGAF! You have to scream it out! I made a crucial mistake in gender assumption and pronoun use, they'd get me back for that!
  22. I think I know why we have been cursed! You guys keep looking ahead and jinxing us every time we do better than normal! Prove me wrong!
  23. No, looking ahead is never ok. One game at a time. While you are at it, why don't you talk about potential Super Bowl opponents for us? Almost put a jinx on the whole damn thing
  24. Game 11 Jaguars or week 11 Bengals? I think Yolo said bring him back after the bengals game, practice that week and play for the Jaguars game, at least going by the 8 week thing.
  25. Why is this racist? Black on the outside white in the middle? The thing about being offended that everyone is losing sight of is intent. I could be offended by you wearing red because my great grandfather was color blind and could never see red properly and you are just throwing that in my face. The proper response from you is "IDGAF, my intent was not to offend you, now grow up and deal with your emotions like a big boy"
