  1. The Pro Bowl ain't All-Pro. Pete's made the playoffs 5 years in a row with 2 SB appearances. He must be crushed.
  2. Too many good players. What a problem to have. Pete Carrol probably lies awake at night thinking how awful it was to find an All-Pro CB in the fifth and win a Super Bowl. Nightmarish.
  3. Long term solution? Is Brady NE's long term solution? Is Rodgers gonna be in GB 10 years from now? What about Ben? He the long term guy in Pitt moving forward? The league is separated by guys who can play, and guys who can't. Paying a mediocre guy to play mediocre football is a waste. The OP gets it.
  4. OP said no more bridge QB's. Me and him get it.
  5. Someone needs a rendition of the Spiller Saga.
  6. That's where vision matter 90% of the time. Lots of guys are really good when they're fast with no defenders around them
  7. Kansas City ChiefsVerified account‏@Chiefs Roster move: We have signed free agent running back C.J. Spiller. Retweets 181 Likes 285 10:06 AM - 24 Feb 2017 Is he going for being cut by every team in the league before 33? At least he finally gets an OC that can use him to his strengths, unlike that darn Doug Marrone!
  8. How do you "show" someone is a positive influence?
  9. Dareus will always be responsible for his own actions, but Kyle is a positive influence on him in the locker room. I'm not sure why anyone would think otherwise. The point being that losing Kyle could potentially have Dareus behave worse. Not to mention, we've seen how unruly this team can get when things get tough. We need more leaders, not less.
  10. If we extend him, don't we lower his hit? Cutting Freddy proved to be a mistake and he was on his last legs. Cutting a leader who is still playing at a high level would be crazy. He may be the best influence on Dareus in that locker room. Cutting Kyle would lose us Dareus, potentially.
  11. The bottom line is that with the #1 rushing attack in the NFL, TT looked like nothing special On a per pass basis, he was below average in TD's, yards, adjusted yards, yards per completion, passer rating, net yards per attempt, adjusted net yards per attempt and sack percentage. The only stat, per pass, that TT was above average at was INT's. Hell, the guy had the 25th most attempts in the NFL and still led the league in sacks playing only 15 games! How many of the guys in front of TT would do infinitely better in those stats above with the #1 running game in the NFL? I'd say about 20 QB's in the league would. And that's why I wouldn't pay him.
  12. Hey, you know all the teams that need QBs that missed out on Brees and Wilson? Let's follow their draft strategy!
  13. He's not too short. He's too sucky at QBing.
  14. @me coward. Even you know Kirby has info and connections.
  15. Another argument based on whatever stray thought passes through your head.
  16. This isn't "erring" on the side of anything. This is making things up that you have no info on.
  17. How do you know he didn't beg Pegs to go and Pegs said no? He still owns the team, you know. Pegula still has final say, not Bertchold.
  18. Fair enough, but Whaley's ability to successfully scapegoat everybody and anybody bodes ill for him leaving anytime soon.
  19. Has he? How so? I'm sure Berchtold can just order Pegula to be out there. Willful ignorance indeed.
  20. A head rolls because of Whaley's ineptitude? No way.
  21. S is gross. Hope you're wrong Gunner, but good post!
  22. No, getting the ball and winning will.
