  1. You're missing sack% as well. I have to ask, are there any playoff QB's who rank 11th or worse in as many categories as TT?
  2. TT doesn't play defense. I want a better defense and a better QB. We can talk D though, if you want. In McCoy's winning seasons throughout his career, he's had defenses of 19th, 21st, 17th and 22nd in points allowed Those same defense were 12th, 12th, 29th and 28th in yards allowed. Hardly "elite" defenses. So let's recap. McCoy with top 10 passing games? 4 winning records. McCoy with bottom half defenses? 3 winning records. McCoy without a top 10 passing game? 0 winning records. Sup.
  3. If if if if if if if if. McCoy has never had a losing season with a top 10 passing attack, either.
  4. But you have no way of getting "more" than Butler/Cousins. That's the point. Everybody can't tank for the #1 overall.
  5. Do ya'll want to hear an incredible stat? Lesean McCoy has never been on a winning team that didn't have a top 10 passing attack.
  6. I guess my contention would be that the only valid excuse to not grab Cousins is because you're pursuing Butler. The Celts are the second seed in the East as it stands. They are much too good to wait for the next Lebron to walk through the door. With Butler/Cousins, they would be in the ECF for the next 3 years. When you have that opportunity, you have to take it and hope the Lebron slows down, some other team gets lucky over GS, etc etc. Waiting until you have a better team than GS and Cleveland means you'll be waiting 10 years at least.
  7. Yes. The point of accumulating all those assets was to make a move for a superstar. Horford is a star, but he's 30. Isaiah is a star. Cousins or Butler is the superstar they have waited to get. IMO.
  8. I don't mind the idea of tanking if they're as sure as they can be about a guy in 2018. They are at a crossroads no doubt, but single "down year" to shed some dead cap weight and reload isn't necessarily a bad idea.
  9. The only way the Bills really screw this up is letting TT walk, missing out on Romo and Smith, and not drafting a QB high. Unless they are losing on purpose, a McCown, UDFA, Cardale QB competition may kill me.
  10. Is that what I said? Sure. But we had the #1 or 2 rushing attack without his yards added the last 2 years.
  11. If Ainge doesn't get a superstar before the deadline, this was his biggest gaffe yet.
  12. Shady and the running backs not named Tyrod were the least of our problems, I think you mean. TT was a distant 2 from the defense and Rexit.
  13. I know. Still not a positive to me.
  14. Wood has to get restructured. No if's and's or but's about it.
  15. Like who? Is Dareus the first great defensive player who has gotten suspended? You forget that his contract was universally described as unique. To me, that says it's built into everyone else's contract. And that flies in the face of "other teams would do it," because, you know, they never have.
  16. Can we actually win more than 8 games before making this evaluation?
  17. You think it would have been impossible to sign Dareus without the "smoke weed and it's all good" clause?
  18. You're missing some degrees. Doc is not pleased.
  19. You need to make the playoffs to win a Super Bowl, John.
  20. So they didn't do the same thing then, at all? Not to mention rookie Carr > rookie EJ.
  21. Win more games than we lose.
  22. The Bills won 4 games with EJ in his rookie year. EJM has won 6 games in his career.
  23. That's not what they said. At all. BF Insiders ‏@BF_Insiders Just got word that Tyrod Taylor's agent has been meeting with #Bills front office for a few days now. Could be working on restructure.
  24. It's not just the Sammy trade.
  25. Certainly hasn't been great from a PR standpoint and the blunder of the EO's hasn't gone well, but I'm still giving the benefit of the doubt.
