Can we talk about how RR walked into 2015 thinking that this team had the same level commitment to him that certain Jets players did? That, combined with the "we're gonna be historic" talk, might have been more egregious.

Equating it to the NBA, handling moody talent is a part of the job. It doesn't excuse players who quit to get you fired, but things have to be bad to get to that point.
