I think weather conditions could affect the game as Manning doesn't play as well in the snow and cold but the forecast for the game is sunny and in the 50's. No sure if this hurts he bills more than helps the.

I think overall Orton has above average skills for a qb. He seems to have a very good understanding of offensive schemes in general and appears to have picked ours up quickly. he has decent enough arm strength to make all the throws, good accuracy and knows how to command a huddle. These are all qualities of a franchise qb so it seems odd he hasn't stuck with one team for very long. Could it be his attitude or some kind of friction between coach or front office? There is the report out of Dallas on how he and Romo did not get along and we've all seen his party pictures. Just wondering.

I agree about their plan to start Kolb and let EJ sit but I'm thinking it wouldn't have lasted long. Kolb probably would have gotten hurt early on anyway or would have played poorly and then there would be the pressure to start EJ-just look at how fast he pulled the plug on EJ this year.

Thanks for posting. It's been a long time since I saw him play. He's accurate and his arm strength isn't as bad as I thought. There maybe some hope after all.

After the dismal quarterback play thus far for the bills I have come to wonder is it really bad quarterback play or bad play calling by the coaches. EJ has not looked any better in games despite all the news that he has done well in practices, and looks more "robotic" as some have mentioned. Tuel also looks no better and Thad Lewis regressed to the point that he gets cut. EJ has all the physical ability but seems lost sometimes and can't put it together. Thad, a smart Duke guy, didn't seem to grasp the offense either. Is the offense to complicated for them or not being coached right or do the quarterbacks just suck?. It would be interesting what new quarterback Palmer thinks about the system.

hogan gets my vote. According to the BN article he had 4.47 speed, faster than SJ and AJ Green. His route running is getting better too.
