  1. NE treating this like last preseason game. No game plan, resting players. Meaningless W/L outcome.
  2. Whaley no question. Buckey thinking otherwise is ludicrous http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/bucky-gleason-pegulas-have-decisions-to-make-soon-20141225ley
  3. I agree. In the short term the disgraceful loss sucks but in the long term it is good for the future. The game was a reality check on how good/bad this team is and how lacking in quality coaching, qb play and o-line play we have. The loss hopefully forces the FO to make changes. A win yesterday would have given support to the same old mediocrity hiding behind the illusion of a winning record and a mathematically possible chance of a playoff appearance.
  4. bills win 31-6 and we have a merry christmas
  5. I think weather conditions could affect the game as Manning doesn't play as well in the snow and cold but the forecast for the game is sunny and in the 50's. No sure if this hurts he bills more than helps the.
  6. maybe he wants to bore teams with his monotonous run, run, pass routine then spring a long pass on them once in a while when there half asleep.
  7. Only when you cross the border into Canada.
  8. I think overall Orton has above average skills for a qb. He seems to have a very good understanding of offensive schemes in general and appears to have picked ours up quickly. he has decent enough arm strength to make all the throws, good accuracy and knows how to command a huddle. These are all qualities of a franchise qb so it seems odd he hasn't stuck with one team for very long. Could it be his attitude or some kind of friction between coach or front office? There is the report out of Dallas on how he and Romo did not get along and we've all seen his party pictures. Just wondering.
  9. we are for real but the patriots will still be ranked higher than us still be the favorite to win the afc east??
  10. Different teams, different years, different players, different owner! etc etc. etc. The past means nothing. Think positive.
  11. The dream lives! At least for another week.
  12. I agree about their plan to start Kolb and let EJ sit but I'm thinking it wouldn't have lasted long. Kolb probably would have gotten hurt early on anyway or would have played poorly and then there would be the pressure to start EJ-just look at how fast he pulled the plug on EJ this year.
  13. Thanks for posting. It's been a long time since I saw him play. He's accurate and his arm strength isn't as bad as I thought. There maybe some hope after all.
  14. sorry bandit messed the quote thing up.
  15. Totally agree. It's too early to make long term judgments about him.
