  1. Cool, you can hit a button 5000 times...hey, wait a minute, did you vote?
  2. You obviously haven't seen the Mighty Ducks...Estevez' character was the ref that missed that obvious offsides...
  3. I only heard about it on the way home from work but I thought the same thing...
  4. Bah, we've added a special padding to the end zone walls...we'll be seeing Sage by the end of the 1st Q... I sure hope the Bills listen to the humble request those...I mean the guy did say please...
  5. Goodness gracious you're right. I gotta go watch Ace Ventura again...I forgot all this stuff!
  6. It depends...are you a sailor?
  7. Come on! We can win it! Vote early, vote often! Bragging rights are on the line!!! (Hint: pick the first one!) Vote now! We're falling behind!
  8. They're at 13th this year (15th in att/game)...without the "run out the clock" attempts padding the totals like in the blowouts last year...
  9. I hope he built up his retirement fund with those Super Bowl ticket earnings...What's the over and under between the time he's fired and someone posting here saying we should get him?
  10. The heck with all-inclusive, check out estates concordia on St. John. Get away from it all...far far away....
  11. "playoff experienced?" Yeah, started one game and lost. The guy's a career backup. You talk like he's a starter who lost out to a better player. That's like saying Kerry Collins could feel Frank Reich and Jack Trudeau breathing down his neck his entire first season...
  12. Join the club...
  13. Awful lot of fuel though, dontcha think? Or are the "mod 1"s the hybrid versions?
  14. Sorry, I missed that. Could you please find me the place where Donahoe (or anyone) said (or even implied) "Holcomb's here not as a #2, but as the backup #1 in case JP fails...?"
  15. Nah, the panel of experts here clearly indicate that a career needs 4 weeks to fully establish career potential. Besides, it's Hell on the salary cap.
  16. Are you firing that from a Predator?
  17. Don't you know that tailgating expertise is closely related to how fast and frequently you can click on a button? Thanks to Al Gore for making it possible to evolve tailgating to the next level by inventing the Internet. "Tailgating" was just a group of drunk guys hanging out by a car huddling over a hibachi before CGI came along...Now it's a ketchup-squirting bowling-ball drinking hood-cooking beer-dumping bonanza! But obviously not as good in Buffalo as Green Bay...after all, they are clicking faster.
  18. But Palmer didn't have a proven winner playing backup QB behind him... Patience is for losers. I want us to keep cycling through GM's coaches and QB's until we win the Super Bowl. And forget yearly, I want to do it monthly.
  19. Typical October crowing, we'll see you in December. As to why you're not generating enough response, it's not that the fans hate the Pats more than the Dolphins, it's that they hate their current Bills more than any rivalry.... Most likely agree with your assessment, they just won't say it because it's the Dolphins. Personally, I'm not one to taunt the MUT. So crow away...I'll be quiet...
  20. Feeling any better?
  21. Yeah, like I said, because he could. Nothing to do with the performance of the team, typos in the quote aside....The only good thing you can say now is that Ralph has been keeping himself in check (not firing people for looking at him cross-eyed) the past few years in order to try to make the HOF before he croaks....Remains to be seen whether that bid also includes opening up the check-book....
  22. and Ralph fired that GM because...he could.
  23. Second verse, same as the first.
  24. Hey, I was responding to erynthered, who was responding to GoBiB, who was responding to you... Of course, you're an old fart too. Oh, and RIP Janis and Jimi.
  25. As I said in another thread, I looked recently at what they were saying on a Bengals board a year ago (sitting at 1-4) and the fans over there were "Bench Palmer! Fire Lewis!" It would have been the same thing here, and even the finish last year would have Bills' fans calling for Lewis' head. "How many years of 8-8 can we take?!?!" AFC: Indy, Pitt will win their divisons. East and West are tougher to figure, and I will hand it to the Dolphins for their quick start. Time will tell if it's the "same Dolphins, different coach..." NFC: The whole South division looks surprisingly strong top to bottom. Eagles in the East, North and West divisions will go to whomever screws up the least...Clear that the wild card will not come from those divisions (and in fact the wild card teams will probably have better records than the division winners in the North and West).
