  1. He wouldn't be protected under good samaritan laws?
  2. ...though they didn't realize it until they drafted Brees' replacement...talk about lucking into a decision...
  3. What?! No retatta?!
  4. Must make for some wet bike rides...
  5. Well, you need to be in it to lose it. Any game with playoff implications is big, including the playoff games themselves. That Marty is 179/120/1 in the regular season and 5/12 in the post-season is pretty telling to me. Besides that, he is 0-2 against Levy in the playoffs, so how would you rate him above Levy? And what you'll find in general is that you can go to any NFL city and they'll tell you they have/had a coach that was worse. Levy in Buffalo, Cowher in Pitt, Reid in Philly, Grant in Minnesota...Schott would rank among them if he managed to get to the "Biggest Game," but he'd have to win "big games" to get there...
  6. His foot was planted forward and the player's helmet hit his knee pushing it backwards. Ben fell to the ground clutching his knee. What in that replay says "ankle" to you besides veiled references to MW's injury? Besides that, your post came after the following report:
  7. I never realized that hyperextending the knee is what causes a "sprained ankle." Why do you refer to Ben's injury that way? Where's the link that says "sprained ankle?"
  8. Your just jealous because a python hasn't exploded trying to swallow an NFL offensive lineman yet...
  9. No, he's Samoan, like Fonoti.
  10. That guy who played QB for the Dolphins for a couple years, what was his name? Ah, yeah, Dan Marino...Then there's that had a sandwich or two as QB with the Niners. That Lombardi guy turned out to be a decent football coach. All members of the Italian American Sports Hall of Fame. Then there's that little-known DT Tony Siragusa... To name a few...besides the QB coming into town this weekend (who was previously mentioned...).
  11. People get on Bledsoe because he showed no emotion....then get on Losman because he shows emotion...
  12. When's the last time we had a tight end that wasn't made of glass, or in the case of Lonnie friggin' Johnson, rubber?
  13. Act like a professional? Professional what? Accountant? They are playing a game. Last I checked the "professionals" in the game high five and slap pads, even those that have been playing for many years. If he wasn't intended to interact with the team, why wasn't he just sent to the locker room? Or is it that a true professional would "take being benched seriously and sit in a sulking manner?"
  14. Sideline antics? What, did he put a whoopy cushion where Holcomb sits on the bench?
  15. I'm sure eventually he'll get around to looking behind the guy with the mask on carrying the big stick...
  16. Do you see me laughing? Only to the people who seem to have become Chargers' fans due to members of their recent and current management team and a misplaced sense of nostalgia. You may have indirectly taken a shot for others, but this isn't the first time comparisons between the Bills and Chargers have come up.
  17. At least the Bills could beat playoff teams under Levy. Schottenheimer's Chargers made it to the playoffs last year beating one playoff team (splitting with the Broncos), including of course the first round playoff loss to the Jets. So far it looks like they are doing the same this year...
  18. That was a fumble. Seriously, though, what does it matter? They all look alike.
  19. McGahee ran it 31 times, but the offense had 60+ plays, as opposed to <50 in at least some previous games. Also, you have to consider that in the losses the Bills were trying to play catch-up at the end, which favors throwing the ball, as opposed to trying to keep a lead, like the Bills last drive where McGahee ran with it 4 times in a row before we punted. Through ~3 quarters, the run/pass ratio has been fairly consistent, certainly with respect to 1st/2nd downs (about 50/50).
  20. Open up the thread. While in the thread, on the bottom left you should see a pull-down menu that says "moderation options." You should be able to delete the thread.
  21. You can delete your thread now... BTW, she can't be a playmate, they look like they might be real...tough to tell in that pic though...
  22. There's this thing called "private messages." It's what you use when you want one person in particular to answer a question you might have...Try it.
  23. Of course, TIVO has already implemented portions of it, as I just mentioned in another thread...
