"Good government" is kinda funny. I'm not a full blown hate the govt anarchist. I just think the federal government as an entity has become its own self-serving industry. Its marketing campaign is to manipulate its customers,(the tax paying citizens) to believe it absolutely needs them to survive and in turn, sell what the bureaucracy can do for you. And to reinforce their customer base they do things like changing the demographics (import a 3rd world population who overwhelmingly vote for left-wing big government). Infiltrate the education system and infuse it with socialist professors to mold vulnerable(dumb) young people into willing servants to the state. But in the end, what am I going to do? Pay up. Shut up and accept people like Pelosi, the Bush's, Moonbeam as my overlords.

Taking in consideration user taxes, tolls, fees etc. Sales taxes. Property taxes. All the hidden taxes in manufacturing and so on. Hell even if it's 25% it's theft. Having a monopoly on schools and forcing us to pay for it and if you don't (not pay taxes) you got to jail. Doesn't exactly sound like a friendly, nonaggressive relationship.

Our own government. Hell, they already get lots of people killed in various wars. They already confiscate almost half our cash to redistribute for their own benefit. Shite right now they are about as dangerous as the Mafia operating in your neighborhood.

Most of the controversy seemed to be around Plekanec and how much he really wanted to play. From what I saw he was mostly invisible but his linemates Marleau and Marner shined. I bet they wish now they never traded Vatenann away. Montour is pretty good but after that, it's really, really thin. As far as their forwards go, Getzlaf is still elite but his partner Perry is underperforming. They have Rakell and that's it. Sharks roll out 4 lines that are all capable and all have good to great speed. We will see Mark but how would a Sharks/Knights series look? Two similar teams going at each other. The games this season between them were entertaining.
