I tip to gracious and thankful that someone is helping. It's about them, not me. I know I am an oddball. So be it. I don't even understand why it's necessary the begging culture... People simply aren't paid enough or we aren't taxes for our services enough if public entities have to beg for extra money, widows and orphans, etc... etc... That's what I do. 10% of bill, double it and add the cents. Off of everything, tax included. I always include tax, etc... When calculating tip. Usually from 20-25%. 10-15% on take out 2 bucks or so on stuff under $10.
