Weren't there rumors that he did not do anything in the OTA's to dispel the doubts that some had before the draft. At this point, this is hurting himself more than the Bills. By the time he gets in (if he ever signs), he will be so far behind, he will never be able to reach the potential that he had for this year. Does anyone know what the Bills are offering him? If it is around the midpoint of what Raji and Orapko got, the kid needs to get his but in camp.

I did not see the game, but Joe Rose said that same thing about his play last night on the local NBC affiliate. Regarding my comment in my earlier post, I still believe that they drafted him because of the receivers in the AFC East. Whether he pans out or not is a different story.

You may be referring to their number one pick (Vontae Davis from Illinois). I am not sure of his exact height, but I think that he is around 5'11" or so and a bigger CB. I presume they picked him with TO and Moss in mind.

Youboty scares me. He was better last year, but he plays the game soft. He really needs to step up his game and stay off the injured list - although fear of injury may be why he appears to play the game soft.

The key for him probably is whether he can help out on special teams while he learns to play at the NFL level.

If you want to worry about something, worry about whether our offensive line is going to be ready for the season and whether our defense is going to put pressure on the other team's QB. Whatever the reasons for the holdout, he has a lot of catching up to do. Among the top picks in the draft, he certainly was one of the guys that really would have benefited from being in camp the entire time. Oh well. What is done is done. I just hope the kid can contribute and he is worth picking him where we did.
