  1. Forcing the opposing QB to throw quickly is pressure in itself. P.S. For a portion of the game, I was using the stop watch on my phone to time Manning. He was getting it very fast as the OP states. There is no question about that.
  2. Congrats. I am still waiting.
  3. They are here in the US and have lived here for some time. I believe that they first started doing a podcast that developed quite a following. When ESPN had the men's world cup, they had a segment each day. That is how I discovered them. When NBC got the English Premier League contract, NBC hired them. They have a show each Monday night on the NBC sports channel that "covers" the EPL, but it mostly filled with comedy and cultural references in the guise of a sports show.
  4. I love Rex and I love Men in Blazers.
  5. The Factory of Sadness
  6. What time did CJ miss in 2011 - 2013? 1 game? Vs. McCoy who missed 5 in that time? What's next, comparing Trent's 2008 campaign to Brady's?
  7. Their show is one of the funniest on television.
  8. Just not in your criticism of 2013 and your BS comment about him only missing one game - when he actually was trying to tough it out playing with a high ankle sprain. As for pulling out . . . Chico . . . I will keep my response to myself given that this is a family friendly board.
  9. I had promised myself that I was going to stay away from this thread after posting earlier, but your post pulled me back in -- momentarily. Your mention of 2013 -- without mentioning the fact that the guy actually tried to tough it out playing with a high ankle sprain when he should not have been trying to play at all -- amply demonstrates your bias against CJ. Other than that, how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?!?
  10. Thanks for the post. I have not seen the All 22 yet. Nevertheless, I did watch part of the broadcast last night for the first time (I was at the game). One of the offensive line plays that really stood out to me was how Seantrel was able to get to the second level to make one of the key blocks on the Karlos Williams TD. The guys showed a lot of athleticism (especially for someone that size) to do what he did.
  11. You obviously look at CJ (as others do) through your "hate CJ glasses." Again, whatever. Another poster now says that CJ "is dumb as a bag of rocks." Wow. I would love for the keyboard jockeys to try walking with a high ankle sprain -- let alone try playing in the NFL with one. I am not going to spend a lot of time today arguing about CJ. You guys can resume your circle . . . . Maybe tomorrow you guys can start another thread on the subject. Those were "good times" when the CJ haters would start a daily thread bashing CJ . . . and the mods did not seem to care about closing down those threads as vigilantly as other threads that remotely touched on similar topics.
  12. Whatever. The interior of our line was horrible the past few years. If you are one of those who loves to bash CJ, you would continue to bash him without recognizing that plays were being blown up because of inept blocking. If you are one of those guys who loves to bash CJ, you will take time out of your day to do so after week 3 of the season when he is coming off a knee injury. Not exactly a fair sample size. Shady had 1.5 yards per carry against Miami. I am not going to pull what the CJ haters would do and try to argue that Shady is a horrible back when the guy has a lingering hamstring injury. Of course, if it were CJ, guys on this board would be all over him -- just like they were when he was playing through a high ankle sprain. Oh well . . . carry on CJ bashers.
  13. Over the past few years, this board has been well known for (among other things): (1) Certain individuals who love to get together and bash CJ; (2) Mods who will shut down/close any thread that is remotely similar to another thread EXCEPT FOR threads bashing CJ (and a few other subjects). I hope the CJ bashers stick around as the season progresses . . . .
  14. Which media guy asked Rex the "full of yourselves" question at the PC today?
  15. After reading your post, I checked and I now have the same status as you. Thanks for posting.
  16. There must have been thousands who had to make that 7 hour drive with you to DC. You bought your ticket and were free to leave whenever you did (as I posted in another thread about this subject and people generally). I just thought it was funny how some on this board were being critical of Dolphins fans when just last week I was embarrassed about all of our empty seats after so many people left really, really early.
  17. I would agree but did you see how many of our super fans left the game (really) early last week.
  18. If we lose, it will be my fault, because I am going to the game. You can blame it all on me if you want.
  19. At the end of the day, it is not the biggest deal in the world, but I would have thought that the Bills would have gotten a 5th in 2016 straight up. Instead (according to reports): 2015 Cowboys get Cassel 2016 No compensation either way 2017 Bills essentially move up two late rounds (approximately 60 late round picks) to Cowboys 5th round pick in exchange for our 7th round pick. Given the very limited compensation that we will receive in a year and one-half, was it worthwhile even making this deal from the Bills' perspective? Would we have been better off keeping a veteran QB as a back up and a low salary? Was there something else going on?
  20. I had to cut the grass down here in Miami before it rained. I was a few minutes late for the kickoff. It is my fault and had to catch up on the DVR.
  21. That is why I posted. It did not make sense when some seem to have been suggesting swapping 7ths or something like that.
  22. Why would we swap if we are planning on finishing ahead of the Cowboys in the standings (unless they are giving us a higher round pick for a lower round pick - as opposed to a 7th for a 7th). Hmmm.
  23. As an aside, we kind of screwed Cassel over (unless of course he ends up starting in Dallas). Cassel agreed to re-sign as a back up because his wife is pregnant (and close to delivering) and they already had become settled in the Buffalo area. For his sake, I hope he and his family see this as an opportunity.
  24. Is a conditional 7th even worth making the trade? Odd if that is all there is.
  25. Is Doug going rogue again?
