Not sure if I actually have one, at this company I've found that being a friend to this family greatly increases your chances of moving up. I've been in this industry for 12+ years and have stalled, I'm using this as chance to remind them. While allowing him to feel a sense of pride that his daughter is held in high regard.

Thanks Poojer!

Sorry, I didn't read what I wrote and I'm using my phone to write (mistake). I train the majority of the new hires in central Florida, but of all of the trainers throughout the company (nationwide) I was selected. The owner is in his eighties, would you hand write a letter?

So recently I've had the responsibility of training the beautiful, blonde 24 year old daughter of the owner of the multi million dollar company I work for. What I'd like to do is write a letter to her father expressing what a trill it was for me to be given such a privilege. Prior to this I thought I was just one of over a thousand employees. I'm asking for advise in writing this letter. How to I remind him of my existence and tell him his daughter did great. Thanks

Senior Bowl Practice & Game Thread

Personally I wouldn't draft Nassib till the 3rd, Smith in the first (if available) Glennen in the 2nd, nassib/Wilson in the third. Sign Alex Smith or another stop gap. The talent of this draft are on the lines and a little in the linebackers. Don't reach it will put us further behind. -
What is your "perfect" draft scenario?

1.hall of famer 2.hall of famer 3.hall of famer 4. Traded pick for next year first, which results in a hall of famer. Really 1.olgetree 2.nassib 3.Rogers -
Ogletree is my pick, Jones scares me a little with his injury/illness past
-
My favorite Jim Harbaugh story is him breaking his hand. I would argue against his claim http://articles.latimes.com/1997/oct/28/sports/sp-47658

Olgetree is my pick, remind me of Beason coming out of college. He would be a considerable upgrade to shep...or whomever he replaces.

Give me Georgia's Ogletree in the 2nd!

Jay Gruden for HC, we've seen him develop a young QB, I believe he is a better coach than his brother. He isn't gailey. Zimmer for DC if he's willing to leave with gruden, if not him, Mark Carrier, also with the Bengals as DB coach but coached DL in New jersey with the jets. We are a 4-3 team, stick with it. Bring over Thomas howard and Rey M...never going to spell his name right. Both are free agents with Cincinnati, both are upgrades. When selecting a HC, oc, or dc I think we should consider who may follow.

Kyle Shanahan and Geno Smith = The perfect combo
frogger replied to SBUffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think its possible for Smith to fall to Buffalo, he isn't the instant pro bowl type we've seen this year, he's more tannehill less luck or RG3. As the draft process continues we'll see teams notice that. -
Rumor only!! Involves John Gruden

Jay is the better coach, give him the job. I would rather have a coach who has worked with a young play caller than handed vets, being that our QB next year maybe a rookie. -
proof that 1000 shouldn't be the standard of excellence in today's NFL.
-
I'd take Tebow only to move him to linebacker.

Rolando McClain (update - released by Raiders)

Always yes to talent. Buffalo is not Oakland, I'd have to say western NY is a better environment. I'd take a look at curry, I thought he was the best player in that draft (I admit I was wrong). He has the size to play LOLB. -
I'd screen that team to death.

These guys are pros, they shouldn't need external motivation.

I recently started dating a patriots fan, she's too young to remember when they were an easy win for the rest of the AFC east. The mocking I receive from her and the rest of the people I work and associate myself with is the hardest part. But if you live in Florida, that is what happens. Every year is our year, just not the current year.

Stick with Chan, give him a QB, he's made Fitzpatrick a average QB imagine what he could do with an average to good QB. On defense the 2nd half of the season we will see improvement, we need playmaking linebackers! Give Dave a zack Thomas like player and see the improvements next year.

I can still see 8 more wins in there. I'm not ready to give up on this team.

So before I went on vacation I got a letter in the mail telling me I have a summons/ticket that has not been paid...which makes sense since I have not been pulled over nor had anything on my windshield. The letter informs me I have until the 19th to pay or my driving priviledge will be suspended. After trying to get answers from the website I decided to talk to a human and went to the clerk of courts office. There I was told I was mailed a citation for running a red light in May, which I never got. So I asked what I could do, I was told "pay the ticket" no other options, so I asked how much, $285! Because of late fees,(was $160) again on a ticket I never got and now couldn't fight. So I took out my only credit card, "we don't take Visa". They take discover, amex, MasterCard and cash but not visa. I went to the bank then returned to pay the ticket in cash. They then printed out a letter I had to take to the dmv, when I got here they informed me I have to pay another $7 and guess what, they don't take visa so I had to go back to the bank and now I'm sitting at the DMV...waiting. going on 3 hours and almost $300 for something I may have not actually done...no idea if I did, I'm just trying to keep my DL.

What is the average age of the posters on TBD?

35, grew up in Wayne county (Newark) when I was young I loved the helmets. There was a Bells (grocery store) in my town with one of those quarter machines with the plastic helmets in it. I spent every quarter trying to get that bills helmet, after I did I proceeded to ram all of the other helmets off the table with that helmet. I had no idea who the bills were, I just loved that charging Buffalo. When I saw the bills on tv I connected the two and quickly became a fan. Now I live in Orlando, fl, far from western New York and the finest of people in the world. People ask why do you cheer for this team, I honestly couldn't imagine not. I almost fear the day they win the super bowl, I think I'll die that very moment, but I'll die happy.
