  1. I was swinging my whamie weenie.
  2. Wouldn't you know it, the last post ruins my fun. Curse you hondo!
  3. It's possible that some people were concerned about being in a large crowd on 9/11 thinking it could be a target on the 10th anniversary. Or maybe its the economy finally catching up with the NFL.
  4. As my name would suggest, I agree. I'm near the 50, 10 rows up. I like it there because I can see the whole field.
  5. Any chance that Lee actually asked to be traded so he could have a shot at a SB before his career is over?
  6. I took the title of this thread wrong. I thought you were asking if we could compete against teams that are at or above .500 since we've fared so poorly against those teams for years. My answer to that would be that we'll do better but still lose the majority of them. Back on topic I'd say no, we'll win 5 or 6 games this year but I'm hoping for 7 or 8.
  7. It could be as simple as giving him some time there to get acclimated as insurance in case there are injuries to our starting ILBs after he moves back to OLB. Although, with the shortened camp there probably isn't the luxury to waste time doing that. Or just maybe the coaches think the best way to win in our division is to put pressure on the QB from up the middle to get in their face as quickly as possible.
  8. Do you know which vendor you purchased from?
  9. Slightly off topic but has anyone bought Sabres jerseys from these places. Pictures of the jerseys for the sellers I found on DHgate looked pretty bad. The stripes were different widths or higher up and the colors looked off. Even the vendors that received good reviews here for Bills jerseys had fake looking Sabres jerseys.
  10. Thanks for taking those. The jerseys look good. What size did you get and did it fit right or was it larger/smaller than expected?
  11. Way to go out on a limb there.
  12. Hey, I'm in that photo! I'm in the upper deck of the right endzone. The one with the Bills jersey.
  13. The speakers are only on one side due to acoustics. If they were on both sides every announcement would sound like an echo. You'd hear it first from your side and then from the other. You think things are unintelligible now, it would be even worse with them on both sides. The current setup is by design, not due to Ralph's supposed cheapness. Besides, the county would likely have to pay for any sound system improvement.
  14. Before the draft I would've said let him go. But now that we improved our D-line I think he'll have the freedom to make more plays. I say keep him. Besides, we're not exactly stacked at LB anyway.
  15. Please report back when (if) you order them. I'd like to know if they look authentic, sizing, and also how they hold up in the wash.
  16. Sad to see Brad go. I always liked listening to his show. Although there always seemed to be something preempting it. Another Kasper fan I see.
  17. The red zone is between the 20 and the goal line. With the new turf the blue zone is where you score. And how would you tell when they stepped out of bounds?
  18. If you don't even bother to dig, you might be a Bills fan.
  19. She has a huge mouth and big lips. I don't understand why anyone would... uh, never mind.
  20. That would be an accurate description of Trent Edwards.
  21. Thurman Thomas 5'10", 199 when drafted.
  22. I think they just see the state of our linebacking corps in general, POZ or no POZ.
  23. Those 2 games possibly cost us the 5th pick overall instead of the 3rd we ended up with. I wouldn't be surprised if Nix and Gailey decided to bite the bullet and make the changes they wanted right away knowing that a bad year would likely be even worse. But this would pay dividends down the line knowing who could play in their system and also giving the players a year of experience playing in it. As a side benefit we also might've had a shot at picking Luck this year.
  24. Can you guess this former player? major slits phenomenas
  25. It sure didn't sound like negotiations were heating up in the commissioners call that just ended. He just kept complaining that the players lawyers were more interested in litigating than negotiating.
