  1. Yea, what's up with that? It looks out of place.
  2. He has a total of 1 post. I think he was smart enough to use a temporary account to post that.
  3. The letter as represented in the OP states that the parking pass is good at any of the stadium lots, excluding the preferred lots of course. So this isn't just for the Disney style parking, unless all of the lots are doing that now (I hope not).
  4. The writer only had Smith knocked out to satisfy his Kaepernick wet dream.
  5. NOOOOOOOOOO! This is how QB controversies get started. I do like the idea of him as the backup over Thigpen though (subject to his play in camp/preseason of course). This makes a lot of sense to me but still cracks the door open to controversy. With all of the WR prospects we have (granted, other than Stevie none jump out as studs but they do seem to be NFL caliber) would we really need Smith at WR? With VY playing the wildcat position we would upgrade the pass potential (I don't recall Smith even completing a pass in it) and we could keep a better WR. The only thing I'm not sure about is if VY is considered the backup QB can we bring him in before the 4th quarter and still put Fitz back in? Could we get around it by just listing him as a WR and throw him out at that position in the wildcat every once in a while? The down side of this (other than possible controversy) is that VY would be a downgrade to Smith's run ability. Let's face it, the wildcat is 95% run and Smith seemed to have a knack for squeeking through for the 1st down. Okay, I think I just talked myself out of this too.
  6. This is soooo true. I agree with most of what you said but can you learn how paragraphs work?
  7. I think having a dedicated technical QB coach usually only comes into play when a QB has an obvious throwing flaw, like a low side-arm or slow release. Having inaccurate throws from time to time is not as obvious as far as being a technical flaw. So something like this can fly under the radar. Especially for basically a journeyman QB who's only around for a couple years and then moves on. QB's get labelled as accurate or inaccurate early in their careers. It's assumed that they just can't aim consistently. It takes a technician to see something as miniscule as this. A typical QB coach pays a lot more attention to making the right reads and getting the ball out in time. Even with coach Lee it still remains to be seen whether Fitz can make the necessary corrections. But I'm hopeful that making the corrections, along with having more time to throw, will improve his accuracy.
  8. Put me in the "have high hopes" category for Easley. He has all the tools but has had bad luck. I don't consider him fragile for the one season ending injury and a freak illness that is now cured. As far as us putting him on IR too soon last year I have faith that the medical team did the right thing. Plus I wouldn't be surprised if we wanted to stash him away for another year just to give him time to learn the system and NFL WR techniques since the staff might've thought he wasn't ready yet. Does anyone know what exactly an IR player can do with the team as far as practice? Obviously he can study the playbook, but can the position coaches work with him? Can he actually practice with the team?
  9. "No, seriously. Roscoe was only about this tall and they expected me to get him the ball?"
  10. Another thing that can greatly improve Fitz's mechanics is an improved O-line. If he has time to step into his passes his completions will improve. Not that our line was all that bad last year but it looks like it'll be even better this year. If Glenn develops like we think he can and even just having everyone healthy is an improvement.
  11. What a friggin waste of bandwidth!
  12. Looks like we've found our Hail Mary QB specialist. Seriously though, his accuracy alone makes it worth giving him a shot as a UDFA. At the very least he'll make training camp more interesting.
  13. What's with all of the claims that Easley has had repeated injuries? He took one unlucky hit and had a heart ailment that is now under control. In number of games played he is a rookie but he knows the offense so he is way ahead of any rookie coming in. I think he can be productive this year and just might surprise us. Maybe he'll never be the #2 but with his speed he can be the deep threat we need.
  14. How about doing it now just for bringing it up?
  15. I'm pissed we missed out too. My QB ratings were: 1. Andrew Luck 2. RGIII 3. That Guy 4. Tannehill
  16. Not defending the hairball's opinions but of course he based it on his grading. What else would you expect someone to do?
  17. Why not invite all of us over for an "Anniversary" Party?
  18. Even with the new rules there are still players getting hurt on kickoffs. I think in order to completely eliminate kickoff injuries they should roll out onto the field an official vibrating football game and simulate the kickoff. "He's at the 5, the 10, OH! he's stuck in a spin! He's at the 9, the 10, the 9... We'll be right back after a message from our sponsors."
  19. Not only are there no Bills jerseys on DHGate but a search for "Sabres" comes up empty too. It seems like the lack of jerseys has nothing to do with the Nike changeover. I think the leagues have cracked down on them. *** Edit *** Upon further review, I was able to find them at their factory site.
  20. The more I read the more Cordy Glenn does sound like the type of O-lineman Nix likes. Big but with good feet. Here's a few video's to watch to judge for yourself. He looks solid if unspectacular. Not sure if he's worth a #10.
  21. If Manning tilted his head straight his eyes would be even with the top of Brees' head. So he's basically a forehead taller which for Peyton makes him what, a foot or so taller?
  22. I'd be happy with head to head, then common opponents, then strength of schedule, then rock-paper-scissors.
  23. While I agree it generally takes them 3 years to hit their stride, what does this have to do with anything? If this deters you from picking a receiver then you will never pick a receiver other than a 1st round stud. You can't think only in the short term and especially for a young Bills team. We are just starting to be good. In 3 years from now we might be a powerhouse with a star WR. If he's good right away even better.
