  1. I really paid attention to 5 years 36.25 million. Somewhere he was purported to get a 1.75 mil roster bonus this year at the start of the league year. So you're saying his salary is .7 mil? However it's paid out it is still salary. yea, when you have Nelson and Jones being the best receiver on a poor team is great. I'm not saying he doesn't have value. I am hoping the Bills do pull the trigger on one of two potentially great receivers. Having a true superstar receiver could really turn the teams fortunes around. Can SJ13 be happy as a full time slot receiver, and play second fiddle to a bona fide number one? I don't know, but if he stay's and I suspect he will that may be his best value to the team. It isn't a stretch to say there was little if any chemistry between him and EJ last season. I guess some can blame it on the O-line. Like everyone here I want the Bills to dominate. I want Marrone's program to kick butt. But I'm not delusional to believe for a second that OBD is content with SJ13 as their go to guy.
  2. SJ13 is overpaid for his production and inability to take a game over. But yes he did catch a game winner last year. But, that's what he is paid for. The Nix regime crapped the bed on his extension just like the QB they overpaid and ironically cap wise are still paying for. Blaming God, and saying that a dropped pass in the first quarter is no big deal(paraphrasing here). And being the best tweeter on the team simply is not "leadership" But I get it, the younger fans like all the buzz a 7th round pick brings. With his smart phone. As for him loving Buffalo, well he blew off a signing session (paid) in Rochester his teammate a true Bill Fred-EX covered his silly ass on that one and stayed for an extra couple of hours. SJ13 is a perfect example of 14 years of fail. A slightly above average non clutch player that is a over glorified, over payed slot receiver. Flame Away.
  3. Nicely put. Laughable, that everywhere in this country there are cops that have such a feeling of power, simply having the authority to write a ticket. brag about rigging the system but don't have the sack to admit maybe they where a tad over zealous once in a blue moon. Serve and protect is simply a farce now. revenue too justify jobs is the new priority especially in tourist destinations.
  4. I'm on a first name basis with the bartenders at Buddy Guy's Legends nightclub. A club that is a must if you're into Da blues.
  5. I did mention that incident took place in california. Good to know about florida since we will be here in pinellas county for awhile. Your theory in my case holds no water since I was speeding, he was coming from the opposite direction and nailed me. Now there are plenty of crap cops but driving around all day with a 88 is a bit far fetched. My point really was in CAlifornia you in 08 at least could demand to see the guns calibration which should be at the start of the officers shift. If you read my initial post he even tagged on extra MPH because he claimed that would be my speed after cresting a hill I was going up. That entire experience could be a short story in itself. Among other things he had someone cuffed in the backseat when he did a u turn in the dirt before he started pursuing me. I love a good conspiracy theory as much as the next guy, and for sure CHP is now simply a revenue generating machine but to fudge all that stuff for a $125 ticket is a bit hard to believe.
  6. What an exciting non clutch player. Cannot wait to read what he farts out next.
  7. When I think of PR nightmares I think for example General Motors. A bunch of 2nd rate NFL cheerleaders who beg for the low paying gig audition in the hundreds for the privilege, don't even register on the Nightmare scale.
  8. well Oakland took the polish cannon at 17 and that worked out.
  9. Shouldn't this apology come with at least a virtual round of shots of Crown?
  10. Mine is fine, I'm just playing along. But if you do look at the niners line you will find a whole bunch of first rounders.
  11. Spiller comments sound like maybe he was winded during the interview.
  12. I believe that is still more then Easley from powerhouse U-Conn.
  13. Then one morning along with all the other networks it stopped. Like it never happened. Cnn is unreadable and worse unwatchable for quite awhile now. Even Turner admits selling CNN was his biggest mistake in life.
  14. Man I needed to hear that!best Regards, Mike Williams
  15. If jobs could be on the line. And, most likely are with new ownership. I would swing for the fences, and take a shocking pick. Say, a position like quarterback. That's why I have had zero GM offers though. But, playing safe never got anybody anywhere that I'm aware of especially in the NFL.
  16. IF st play is why you believe he will be on the team you weren't clear I Was replying to the statement where you list him as a wideout Number 6 to be exact. That's all. I saw all the games no one deserved the pro bowl on ST but that's just my opinion. With maybe the exception of Carpenter.
  17. In the stae of California at least in 2008 , if you are pulled over for speeding and the officer said he caught you on radar you have on the spot the right to ask and see the calibration sticker, and the display that must show it was calibrated before his shift. That's all I know past the right to change the venue. That I didn't know so I had a appearance 200 miles away. if you do request the venue change the officer drives down on overtime, or if he isn't present chances are it's dismissed. of course highway patrol does not make that info available. You need to request it on the spot. I can't speak for any other state. My thinking is calibration records can be fudged easily, this is with him, and available on the spot. I argued with that guy for quite sometime in fact I remember his name " officer Blood". In California "serve and protect" was thrown out the window at least ten years ago.
  18. Are you referring too the Marcus Easley 2 catches in his entire NFL career? he wouldn't even be in the NFL if not for the Bills.
  19. in the state of California and I would guess everywhere. You have every right to demand to see the gun and check for calibration time and date. By law a radar gun in California must be calibrated before every shift if not you win. Of course if your ticketed in a state where you live, you also have the right to demand a change of venue, but you must do it on the spot. I was born with a lead foot and in the past have dealt with issues like speeding tickets. Reckless driving (over 30mph above posted limit), Also, although once I fought it and won he had me clocked on the gun at 80 in a 65 yet wrote it up as 87mph. Claiming by the time I crested the hill I would have been doing 87 or more. I beat that one without a lawyer and petitioned the judge in writing. Since you're out of town I would look into petitioning the judge in writing.
  20. Absent is cutting Fred ex who for 2 years by some accounts is over the hill.
  21. I guess the franchise would lose the precious little stability, and dignity they have now in the national media. Chad Kelly is a tool! that should take advantage of playing at ECC if they even have a program. He is not even in the same universe as his Uncle. In either college accomplishments or talent.
  22. I did not read the articles, I just see the headlines, and the scroll. I mistake a teaser saying he would sell off stuff to buy the team. I should have been clearer that I was aware of the gambling thing. IMO he has to leverage something though. Guys worth a little north of 3 billion don't throw that much cash at an asset? The Eddie d comment is made in jest since gambling caused him the forced sale of his team.
  23. He didn't say it like that but it probably would have to happen. he said it as using the casino sales as leverage and cash to fund a purchase. His casinos have payed for a lot of his Other mistakes. One being Real estate, his crown jewel. If even his combover runs the numbers he will find it's not worth dumping the casinos, to keep the Bills in Buffalo long term. Like he claims he would do. He is a money guy with no emotional ties to WNY. he will fail or make it fail to suit his plans. The Atlantic City Bills Eddie D can attest to that
  24. With trump it's so really hard to tell just how much money he has. There's no doubt he likes to create the illusion he has the money. But, I believe he mentioned he would dump his casinos to fund a purchase. Anyone buying the team will pay a somewhat inflated price just for the privilege of ownership. If trump is the smartest guy in the room like he portrays. Then dumping profitable casinos would seem like a bad move in terms of profits. Short term at least. Money after all is what the trump brand is all about. he knows WNY couldn't support the huge NFL like ticket price increases that will come with anyone buying the team. new stadium or not. He is blowing smoke, and if he isn't then the Bills future under him will be short lived.
  25. Wondering what the over/under in dollars is on Overdorf,Littmann, and Brandon's severance packages after the Donald closed the deal? I don't see any of them as candidates for celebrity apprentice. I cannot see Trump getting the votes for ownership. I just don't see him buddying up with any current owner they would despise him.
