    Been going to games since 1960 when I was 4 years old. This team is etched upon my soul. Hoping we win the Big One before I meet the Big One.

    I still have a good feeling about this team. It's only preseason and some things need to gel. We have a lot of football smarts here starting with Fitz ,Chan, Barnett ,Merriman ,Jackson etc.

    Opening shot for the 2011 season NOT GOOD. Poz was a leader. It''ll be interesting to see who plays there on opening day. So far I'm worried.

    Fred is servicable but i like breakaway speed. He's not a threat to break one all the way and his methodical style of picking holes, while effective, drives me crazy. I'm really hoping Spiller can be that guy after getting a taste of the NFL and knowing what he needs to do.

    #1 Was Me Going to the MetroDome in Full Buffalo Bills Gear just like I did for Super Bowl xxvi in 1992 and watch" the wheels come off". I really thought we had a chance today. As an eyewitness i can say that Fitz is good enough if we get him some time. Looking forward to next year. it'll be our year!

    Merriman= Eddie Shack. He might be servicable but not a difference maker. Spiller= Gilbert Perreault? Future Franchise back

    Over the past 45 years of living and dieing with this team the One thing I've learned is winning is all that matters. Coming close only means we have not figured out how to win and this can take years to accomplish. It took strong leadership starting with Kelly to change the culture at One Bills Drive. The current cast of characters is far from winning the close ones. Getting a high draft pick is a crapshoot with this team.

    I think Jackson has hit the wall and on the decline. never was a game breaker just steady. Spiller breaking in like o.j. did in his rookie year but without the size. i'm a little concerned.

    Only a marginal fan is ever satisfied with a loss or a QB from Harvard.
