I'm not one to follow the Salary cap that much as it's something that never really interested me, but...Sportrac has us at -43 million dollars next year. This is one of the worst cap situations in the NFL, with only the Chargers and Saints being worse off. We are also the oldest roster in the NFL with an average age of 27.65 years old. We currently also are below the league average for players currently under contract, with only 46. (50.5) being the average. Allen, Diggs and Von make up 40.7% of our entire cap space. Add in Dawkins and Tre, that makes up over 54%. It looks like we are in real trouble cap wise next year. Thoughts?

I've been clamoring about special teams for the better part of this season, and as it turns out ironically special teams was the downfall of our season. I've been laughed at and I've been mocked by many people on this board for my concern over this special teams unit which failed to convert on a fake punt and and miss another crucial field goal in this game. I've been calling for the entire special team staff to be fired weeks ago and have come out in this thread and told everyone special teams was the concern in this postseason and here we are eliminated because bass is a joke and because our special teams coordinator is a joke.

Dude we all ***** saw it but can I really sit back and blame Josh down for having literally the only bad path he had all night? I'm sorry but I can't put this loss on one bad pass I have to put it on the multiple digs drops from our number one guy or defense that couldn't step up and make a ***** play or special teams unit that I've been screaming about for weeks to miss two field goals at home. This game is 100% not about Josh Allen it's about Sheffield Diggs and bass. I could even throw some blame on Brady for running the ball over and over and over in the third quarter when it was clear as day that the cheese were dedicated to stop and cook from tearing them up.

I've never noticed it. I trust your opinion but I've never seen it. He has the best catch rate and speed on the team. I feel he just needs more targets.

One thing I will never understand is why in the world they are not giving Shakir the chance to catch these deep passes he has Elite Speed and he's our number one catcher on the team I just don't get why you don't give him the shot deep

I've watched 20 times. The greatness of Allen is unmatched. It was the worst 13 seconds of coaching in the history of the league. TBH that was the game I knew Allen had finally arrived. Best game I've ever seen.

Special Teams has been a major concern this year and I've been clamoring about it for weeks on end. Smiley needs to be relieved of duties at seasons end imo. Special teams has become a huge liability this year and once again reared it's head in the wild card game. A blocked field goal and two missed FG in game. The block changed the entire dynamic of the game. This year we've had blocked field goals, punt return for TD, kick off return for TD, fake punt against us, and 12 men on the field during FG attempt that directly cost us a game. Bass has been horrible, punting is less than desirable and outside of a few key Special teams players the SP teams as a whole has been less than average. A change needs to be made.

They reject and ip ban anyone who tries to register directly after a loss.

They are very battle tested. From the wild card game, to the AFC championship, they've played them all. 9 playoff games is no joke, it's very experienced. You are correct and anyone trying to argue 9 playoff games in 4 years isn't battle tested must be ignored.

I think he's one of the best options out there, honestly.
