  1. It's funny that a video showing how to debate Global Warming with skeptics has the comments section disabled. (they can't even support their own video)
  2. How is announcing Bush's support for Hilary going to help her? This would just make Millennials and Bernie bro's hate her even more.
  3. A bit misleading. The question is whether Sharia law is more important to them. Try asking some Americans whether the Bible is more important than the Constitution; and you'll probably get the same results. What really matters is which interpretation the refugees follow, because it isn't about the ideology, but the fanaticism.
  4. Does the number of dimples produce a statistical bias in dice, like it does with coins?
  5. Always be the bigger boat.
  6. TIL that the sentence "I fought with my mom" has three meanings: 1)We argued 2)We were in a war together 3)I used her as a weapon
  7. So scheduling the debates during a football game would be considered Orwellian? No one kept her from speaking. She also could have come out of the locker room.
  8. What does "Orwellian" mean to you? How is a schedule change an example of it? I'm going to guess "Socialist Progressive". Which sounds like it would be redundant, but they have to make the distinction between "Communist" or "Regressive". I will reserve judgment until I see it. We were promised that it would be respectful. Also, I actually don't mind the "kneeling" as opposed to sitting during the anthem. Kneeling is actually a sign of honor in many cultures. (and religions). Just call it Tebow-ing.
  9. The story is that they offered the tribe $10 million to go through the rez. The tribe wanted 20 so the builders decided to go around them instead. Now the outcry is that their water supply is in danger, because the construction is upstream (but off the Rez) of their "sacred" lake. Follow the money, it will explain everything.
  10. There is a great example of this method being run, but encompassing other industries as well, in Venezuela. You should go live there.
  11. Why is Obama against one pipeline, but not the other? Isn't his reasoning that "it's safer than using rail" apply to both?
  12. Is this a "would ya" thread? The answer is yes. I like a challenge.
  13. Even after showing people how awful (and severely overpriced) their gadget is, you'll get the excuse that they can't change because it's compatible with their other Apple stuff. Steve Jobs laid the trap and millions are trapped in his web of non-compatibility. Just break the chain!
  14. The strong smell is probably my problem with a lot of foods. I completely agree about Ketchup being so strong it overpowers everything. It's also the reason I don't like oregano. There are just some ingredients that take over the entire taste of a meal.
  15. A weird one for me are raw onions. I like onions if they're cooked; like onion rings, grilled, etc. But raw onions on burgers, salad... eww. I have to pick them off. This applies to all colors. I recently started tolerating olives again. I was like you guys, but I think I watched too much food channel.
  16. At least the school admitted that the degree is meant to funnel students towards jobs as a professional protestor, lobbyist, or government employee. These idiots are as likely to hand a petition, instead of a resume, to prospective employers. You have to hire me because I'm a gender fluid, non-white, bunny rabbit.. and you don't have enough on those on staff.
  17. Would you have more emails or pictures on the road?
  18. The moment when an Indian becomes a "white" Indian with a single uttered phrase...
  19. One can reasonably assume that the problem occurred because some took the election of a Black President as a rare opportunity to demand special privileges; as evidenced by the behavior of protestors. It was no coincidence that the iconic statement made on election night was how Obama was going to pay off people's car notes.
  20. I want to see a candidate whip out their phone (for Harambe) and tell a reporter that he needs to google it first, before answering a question.
  21. Why is the rest of Hilary weathered and faded, but her ear is shiny and new?
  22. Ketchup. The smell makes me gag. I can't even sit next to someone who has it on their plate. This is a real problem because almost every burger automatically has it. I have to make sure they leave it out, but many times they don't. I often have to give the burger to someone else, which is why I am forced to order chicken sandwiches when out with friends, or risk going hungry.
  23. I wonder if the other customers continued on with their business as the guy sat down in the lobby. It's not like the bank would call attention to being robbed.
