  1. Greer!!!! Another pick.
  2. Yes, just watched it again...Defender had his hand right between Josh's. He still could have caught it but it would have been a tough one. BTW that hold on Wilson that just happened was BS.
  3. Not a chance based on tonight. Reed made some nice grabs and could have had a great one but it was well defensed with a hand. He absolutley has excelled in blocking this evening if you haven't noticed. He's still got more to prove based on his past couple poor years, but tonight he has come to play.
  4. Back to the present... Mike Williams looked very impressive in the first half and has all camp long this season. Tonight he held his blocks for nice duration and even when exposed on an "island" held up extremely well in pass protection. Since about half way through last season, MW has certainly earned his money.
  5. The plate hit the spot and it was nice seeing fellow TBD folks again! Thanks guys.
  6. If I can get about double the votes we have now, I'll send a link over to various members of WGR...
  7. I chose Ritzman. You can never have enough good pass rushers. I hope he can pick it up vs. the run before camp ends as that will greatly help his chances...
  8. There is the key statement that people need to look at.... Other examples: -Kelly has thrown picks at the end of games they had a chance to win. -Bruuuce has failed to wrap up a RB which led to a lost playoff game. -We all know about Thurman's costly fumble. Are these not GREAT players?
  9. In a related subject, more votes are needed here : http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=28422 (If any of you have missed it)
  10. I agree, that is what I was hoping to show with these poll results. I don't want to skew them though by saying that.
  11. There was no implication in the Poll description of an "all or nothing" choice if that's what you're saying here...
  12. Here you go FFS.... http://www.stadiumwall.com/index.php?showtopic=28422
  13. This poll is based on the discussions on Buffalo radio WGR550 recently, which seem to have the hosts all stirred up about what they feel is disrepectful treatment of the media and fans regarding how much detail the Bills reveal about injuries. They seem to feel that they are representing your opinion on how this is being handled. Are they right? I say no, but what do you think? (Explain if you wish)....

  15. <BUMP> Friday 8/19, about noon at Nick's on Main Street. Time for roll call. Fill in your name if you can make it: 1. Rockpile 2. Dan Gross 3. 34-78-83 4. 5. I'll be there @12:10 ... Has my Football Pool claim expired?
  16. I agree, the fans don't care half as much as the media lead on about this BS... What a waste of their time and energy for them. It's annoying.
  17. Brad, some of the replies given here were intended more constructively, and hopefully informatively than others. I just hope you were able to read those as well.
  18. It appears you didn't read the post you are responding to here. (No I'm not trying to be a smartazz)
  19. You should still go to the Little Feat concert Avoid the rest
  20. This is wrong on so many levels ( I suppose the "usually wrong" under your avatar should have warned me), though I strongly agree with you about the "garage" thing.
  21. Well I am in a building with no windows and poor lighting, but the comparisons stop there I believe
  22. I think that if Willis is a better pass blocker, it's just by a little bit. Again, he doesn't seem to "whiff" as TH occasionally did (which is glaring), but he doesn't do a very good job of it either. I expect him to improve as well. I listed some other reasons in the post you quoted as what may have also contributed to the decline in sacks. I failed to mention there that I thought Drew got rid of the ball better as the season went on, but then regressed in the finale. Thanks for responding to my points without resorting to feeble attempts at attacking my "film" watching abilities
  23. Of course he made a difference. Probably more due to the better threat he presented as a runner and receiver (as you are now stating). - It's not "film" that you and I watch on these guys. It's a television broadcast. Given that, I do just fine thanks! (along with a healthy dose of LIVE viewing) . - The emergence of Lee Evans probably had nothing to do with the defenses "Calling off the dogs" a bit either, right? - Coaches Adjusting the Qb drops and routes after seeing a few real games of FILM had no effect on sacks either , right? - The O-line getting healthier, more in-shape (see MW), and more familiar with eachother hadf no effect on sacks either? - Based on the three sessions I've attended this summer, Willis is currently a revolving door as a pass protector. He's not quite like Travis where it's either a big hit or a big whiff, but he just can't seem to handle even the undersized LB's physically and allows them to generate pressure.
  24. Shhh... Don't tell VA that Willis, though he's a better back, is just as poor at pass blocking as TH was.
